    Best night ever

    Chateau le parc was such an amazing venue! The food was so good, 3 months later and I’m still getting compliments! Stephanie and Marianne were super helpful throughout the whole experience

    Perfection!

    Enjoyed working with every single person I came across. Amazing team, venue was incredible and everything we ate was cooked to perfection. I’m so excited about the night still. Thank you so much for everything.

    Ravin at Chateau Le Parc

    I would like to start off by saying ”Thank You So Much Ravin at Chateau Le Parc for making our Persian Norouz event so special.
    came out so Beautifully perfect and that is Thanks to Ravin. We got so many compliments from our guests saying that the Banquet was one of the most organized, nice neat and clean they’ve ever seen !! Everything went over so great Thank You so much for helping in making our event so PERFECT.
    We look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thanks to everyone who contributed to making the event wonderful!!!!

    The perfect wedding experience (even in a pandemic)

    Our wedding day at Chateau LeParc could not have been more perfect! The venue is beautiful (both the inside and the outdoor courtyard), the food is absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding! They are a one stop venue that has everything you need - they definitely paid attention to detail in their choices for decor and tableware, which makes things much easier (and more beautiful!). We knew that this is where we wanted to get married from the minute we got engaged. From the start, they were very professional and pricing was very reasonable for the quality of what you are getting. However, booking March 2020 as our original date, things didn’t go as planned. We were unfortunately one of the couples who had to cancel days out ahead of the first lockdown of the pandemic. It was a stressful experience, but CLP was truly an amazing partner to work with. They were flexible and accommodating as the situation continued to evolve. Between multiple date changes (due to lockdowns), changing restrictions and our overall frustration with replanning, they continued to communicate and work with us in providing options that could work with our vision. Their suggestions and advice made us excited to replan for what felt like a time of too much uncertainty. When we finally got to get married, and while following the protocols outlined by the government, they were able to create the wedding celebration of our dreams - we do not feel like we had to compromise on experience or quality at all! It was even more special and CLP really made sure that every detail was exactly as we wanted. We are still receiving compliments from our guests and other vendors on the evening! We would recommend CLP to anyone who wants their dream wedding to come to life, we cannot emphasize it enough - make the right decision and host your next event at Chateau LeParc!

    Unsatisfactory

    My brother and sister-in-law booked this venue in advance for their wedding.
    The venue was not understanding of their change of plans after the Covid Pandemic. It is very reasonable that a lot of couples had to cancel their celebration plans with all that was going on during Covid lockdowns.
    The venue has kept their deposit and is not cooperative at all.
    Such a disappointment.

    Wonderful Wedding!

    I am a wedding planner and one of my clients recently had their wedding at CLP. My client was booked before the pandemic, so when covid happened we needed to reschedule and CLP was accommodating and offered different options.
    The wedding was two weeks ago and turned out beautifully, my clients were very happy. Marianne was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful answering a lot of last minute requests. The wedding went incredibly well on the day, food was great, thank you so much CLP Team!

    Unprofessional and dismissive

    I want to highlight that your statements in responding to my friends’ wedding are false and one-sided. My friends are not angry, you actually DID NOT respond to their email and still have not done so which is the reason they left this review here! You took the time to write this once sided response here since it is public but still continue to ignore their email which demonstrates your lack of compassion.

    This venue is denifely NOT RECOMENDED since I have seen my close friends going through a difficult time while their family members are going through dealing with COVID 19, and this venue’s lack of care for their situation is unbelieve! I was one of the bridesmaids of this wedding to be, and I have been involved as part of this process throughout this time. The sales representative is actually is not responding to their email even though they have even sent gentle reminders for a response yet answering them here in public to just look compassionate, and that’s not genuine! Their approach is one-sided since my friends are not choosing to cancel their wedding, they are actually UNABLE to have it since the majority of their guests from the back home will not attend due to the pandemic outbreak and situation in Iran right now. Is it expected to run their wedding without their guests? You’ve claimed that your venue was going bankrupt yet during the pandemic you have received fundings and your business still going on. You need to also be fair to your clients and NOT claim a lie saying they WANT to cancel, instead acknowledge that they do not have a choice, therefore, come up with a fair deal rather than taking their entire deposit and claiming for more, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, literally just taking other people’s money because your business has struggled during the pandemic? Do you not think we all have struggled financially during this pandemic? My best friend is deeply upset about missing her own wedding, and this financial loss on top of it is unacceptable and unnecessary since they have informed the venue over 4 months in advance, so the venue can get booked for other events!

    What you are doing will be public news; I will reach out to news platforms and tell them the whole story to publish to support my friends by highlighting this unfair treatment. I will also make sure none of our friends and the people that we know ever book a venue with Chateau Le Parc as I heard from few other people as well that this venue has given them an extremely hard time about changing or cancelling their venues during the pandemic.

    Thank you Thank you

    WOW!!!!! Words cannot express how happy we are with Sunday, it was truly a perfect day. So many people and vendors played a role in that, but I’d say Chateau was key to making it such a great event. Where to even start - this entire process started with excitement and then a lot of heartache/stress, but we completely forgot about all of that this weekend. We were floating on a cloud all day!!!

    We can’t thank you enough for all of your help. I know you are probably happy to have finally closed this chapter with us (we are too - we just really wanted to be married!), we really did get to know each other well LOL. I know a lot of people who struggled replanning events, but looking back it was so flawless with CLP. Your patience, flexibility and guidance was so so so appreciated, even when I was crazy. Sunday evening, every single detail was perfect. The indoor/outdoor experience, the AMAZING food, top level service - every single guest commented that this was such a fantastic event and that the venue was absolutely spectacular (and of course, we got many texts saying that there was no way this was like any other hall food). We spoke to Joe a bit at the start and Anthony was there at the end to help. We grabbed some small items yesterday and got to chatting with Anthony (such a small world living in the same area and actually knowing our cousins). He was so helpful (especially since we definitely looked very different Monday than Sunday lol!).

    Please let me know if you’d like me to write a review anywhere, I know there’s mixed COVID experiences for most brides/venues, but we had such a great one that I’m happy to share it. Marianne you were honestly freaking amazing lol. Please thank the entire team !

    Super unresponsive!

    We had such a bad experience dealing with Chateau Le Parc.
    I was trying to book this place for my wedding before the pandemic. Super unresponsive and non-cooperative system. We are forced to cancel our wedding due to the pandemic situation. Chateau Le Parc, pushing us to postpone the event or have the wedding when nobody was aware if it is possible to have a wedding during a pandemic. Not considering that for a wedding we need to invite guests in advance and prepare for a wedding when we are not sure even we can have the event. Kept our deposit for 3 years and no answer. DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Horrible Experience

    Our experience with Chateau Le Parc has been devastating and disappointing. The pandemic has not been an easy time for anyone, and like many families, we struggled to get through these challenging times as my partner's parents tested positive with COVID 19, the Delta variant. Many weddings have been postponed last year due to the pandemic. Just like many others, we were forced (not out of choice) to cancel our venue since the majority of our family members back in Iran are unable to attend our wedding here due to the critical condition in Iran, while most guests here are expressing not feeling comfortable to attend our December 2021 indoor wedding. What choice do we have in this situation? Of course, NOT MUCH except to reach out and ask our sales coordinator at Chateau Le Parc four months and one week in advance to cancel our venue. The staff did not show compassion and humanity considering the out-of-control situation. Of course, we expressed not having a choice and every detail mentioned here, but there was no sense of empathy in return. We were told we would lose our entire deposit and have to pay extra since our contract in verbatim will be followed and no consideration for anything else. Needless to say, even last year, when they could not accommodate us, they wanted us to spend our 100 people venue on 50 people instead! When asked to be treated fairly, and that we want to be fair and treated fairly, and how we are grieving, missing our family members, and missing out on our wedding, there was NO RESPONSE to our emails since a week ago. Long story short, DO NOT BOOK YOUR VENUE here as the staff here lack, flexibility and compassion beyond this review can encompass! One of my closest friends wanted to book this venue, and I prevented her from doing so. I do not want anyone else to experience what we went through! It has been a week, and we still have not heard back from them, feeling so confused about where we stand in this out of the choice situation.

    Matin M & Soheil,

    You have every right to be angry with the ongoing situation that has affected the events industry. I’m sure you are aware, our business was ordered shut down for a total of 18 months. Being a family run business, this was very difficult on us as well. We were left with no choice but carry the financial burden of staying afloat so that we could fulfill our end of our commitments/contracts with our clients once given the ability to do so. However, it is necessary to note that we disagree with your review and the misleading statements it contains.

    We have been very compassionate to your situation on numerous occasions. You will recall back in March of 2019 (a full year pre-pandemic) we granted your request to postpone your wedding. You had found your self in a situation where both you and your fiancé had to move back to Iran, and were not able to proceed with your original December 2019 wedding date. As you know, we were very sympathetic to your situation, and moved your event to the following year. There was no change to your contract value or penalty, in fact your full deposit was transferred to your new date. In 2020, during the pandemic, we tried very hard to work within the restrictions imposed by the Province of Ontario, so that our clients could have a wedding and move on with there lives. We did this with all of our clients, and despite our previous concession in your case, also for you. We provided a few options to you so that your wedding could take place. You elected to not take advantage of any of these options, and chose to move your wedding an additional year. Once again, we accommodated you. Now, in the present day, we are able to accommodate your full guest count. However, you now no longer wish to proceed with your wedding and fulfill your contractual obligations. Unfortunately this decision is what puts us in this difficult position.

    We have tried our best to work with all our clients that have been affected by the pandemic. We have all of our 2020 and 2021 brides that wanted to find a solution to this horrible situation. We have had to work with so many changing restrictions, labour shortages, and increase of cost on all of our goods and services. However, we understand this is the cost of doing business and continue to work with our clients and produce the beautiful events they sought upon booking.
