Facilities and capacity

The Cochrane RancheHouse offers a five event spaces that are perfect for both intimate and large celebrations of up to 200 guests. The courtyard has stunning views of the mountains and overlooks the Historic Cochrane Ranche site providing a picturesque setting for an outdoor ceremony.

Aspen, Birch and Cedar Rooms: These three venues can be used individually or as a combined space for larger events. Separately, each room covers an area of 1,500 square feet that can accommodate 56 guests for a seated dinner. When combined together, the total square footage is 4,664 and can easily accommodate up to 200 guests.

Hall of Vision: With an area of 2,478 square feet, this space can accommodate up to 80 seated guests. It features gorgeous hardwood floors and a large river-rock fireplace. The rustic and elegant decor, cafe lighting and French doors leading out to the Courtyard create a romantic and intimate setting for a wedding.

Chinook Dining Room: A premier wedding reception venue capable of hosting up to 200 seated guests. This 4,000 square foot room features rustic and elegant decor. The wooden beams, large windows and vaulted ceiling create an inviting mountain lodge like ambiance. The romantic cafe lighting strung across the beams creates a dream-like setting for the couple's first dance. Two sets of French doors lead outdoors to the veranda furnished with picnic tables where guests can enjoy views of the Historic Cochrane Ranche site.
