Our Packages Include:
- Outdoor ceremony at our exclusive, private Canmore Ranch location with sweeping mountain views (available year-round with winter wonderland packages available, featuring a donut tent with a real wood-burning fire pit).
- Indoor reception at Cornerstone Theatre for 80-200 guests, including linens and décor, food and beverage, set up and tear down, and a dedicated Wedding Coordinator to help bring it all to life.
- Indoor ceremony back up at the theatre should the weather force you to change plans.
Your Ceremony at the Canmore Ranch:
It would be difficult to find another ceremony location that boasts such breathtaking scenery for your "I do's." An outdoor setup at the Canmore Ranch offers spectacular views of the mountains and ample space for seating. This location is one of the few private ceremony spots in Canmore, allowing you to enjoy your big moment without onlookers. We offer on-site parking and are wheelchair accessible and welcoming of all guests and couples.

Truly Wonderful
While we planned away, they were there through it all to answer questions and to provide guidance. When we started working with Nicole at our food tasting and decor selection, we were even more solidified that we had made the right choice. Nicole worked with us on everything, and was super accommodating when we had a couple of last minute drop offs to make sure we still got the best value.
Every single person that came to our wedding commented on how amazing our venue was, it was so beautiful. The food was to die for, and we literally didn't have to worry about anything throughout the entire day. It was literally a dream come true.
Incredible Experience
When we started the planning process, we were assigned an in-house wedding planner (Becky) who was nothing short of incredible through the entire process. The entire staff were true professionals and you can tell why they are regarded so highly. A few special things we wanted to note for anyone considering this venue / team:
-Becky (and other wedding planners) are incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and responsive;
-The venue can provide stationary, decor, DJ (who was very good!) and even dental floss on the day of!
-There are lots of in-house customizations available for stationary, decor, wedding seating charts and drink options (including custom mocktails for the non-drinkers!)
-The food was unbelievable (seriously). We received numerous comments from our guests on how great the food was (we did pork belly, duck and beef tenderloin. You have to do the truffle cheese mashed potatoes);
-They have an excellent set up at the Canmore Ranch and will coordinate music, the order of processional and recessional, and provide an arch backdrop.
Finally, they pay attention to the little details that any couple would want considered, like timing of wedding party entries to song choice during grand entrance. We are so thrilled with our experience and you will be too!

Meet the team
Pam has worked at Cornerstone Theatre since 2011.
She has been in the Bow Valley since 2006 and began working at the theatre as their sole sales person in May 2012. By the October she was the General Manager and played a part in it changing from a dinner theatre to a successful wedding and event business in a few short years.
Pam enjoys being a part of such an awesome team and thrives when taking on new challenges.
In her spare time Pam enjoys spending time with her family exploring the mountains; whether that be snowboarding, paddle-boarding or camping with friends.
Joanne is the Sales Manager at the theatre and has been here since 2013, meaning she has personally co-ordinated over 275 weddings! Originally from Yorkshire in England and drawn to the mountains for a big adventure. Joanne fully understands the appeal of Canmore for all couples and is committed to building relationships with all couples, guiding, supporting and enjoying every minute of the wedding planning process.
When not working on making memories for wedding couples, Joanne is making her own mountain memories with her husband and son.
Ray is the Production Manager at Cornerstone. He has been with the company for evelen years. Ray enjoys using the beautiful natural space of the theatre along with our lighting features to help create the perfect look for every event. He has been a resident of the Bow Valley for 30 years.
Away from the theatre Ray is a talented musician who plays in a successful local band. He also shares his passion for music by teaching guitar to many students in the Bow Valley.
