Celebrate the most special day of your life at the lovely Crestmont Hall. Located in Calgary, Alberta, the venue has hosted many weddings and other special events. Its professionals will discuss all your likes and dislikes to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with the outcome. Plus, they have an extensive network of outside vendors who'll turn your wedding dream into a reality.

Facilities and capacity

The hall offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding. From inside the building, stunning views of the mountains can be seen through large, open windows. Crestmont Hall can be decorated to complement your wedding colours and theme. Ceremonies can also be hosted on the gorgeous lawn. They have the seating capacity of up to 140 guests.

Services offered

The Crestmont Hall team is happy to work with outside vendors for wedding services. Catering and bar services are provided for the event. Rentals include the following:

  • Dance floor
  • Soft-seated chairs
  • 20 round 5' tables, 10 rectangular 6' tables, 15 rectangular 8' tables, and two round 3' tables
  • Serving area is equipped with a bar, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and sink
  • Warming kitchen

The Miracle Hall!

We couldn't be happier with hiring Crestmont Hall. We didn't have a reception venue 3wk before the venue due to the new restrictions. I had emailed and called more than 16 venues. Daniel, the manager at Crestmont Hall emailed me back at 1 am! He was always fast in responding and answered all my quetions. It was so easy working with Daniel and also having my wedding planner work with him went smoothly. The hall...everything was beautiful! The outside, the inside, and just the community and neighborhood! It was perfect! I would absolutely recommend Crestmont Hall! For how many hours you get, it is ABSOLUTELY one of the most affordable places to have a wedding! The staff and everyone who helped that day from Crestmont hall were amazing! We are sooo grateful and happy that we chose Crestmont Hall. Couldn't have been better!

Great venue!

We hosted our wedding reception at Crestmont and had a wonderful time. They were able to give us early access to the hall for decorating and getting everything set up. Their bartenders did a great job handling the guests’ requests. A lovely airy and bright room, the only downside is that you can’t use the balcony too late due to noise regulations. But the interior space is great!

I loved the physical aspects of the venue. Good space, good view, good parking, etc. The team that you work with are very friendly and helpful, but sometimes a bit slower to respond. I also loved that we were able to provide our own liquor, so long as we used their bartender. The bartender provided was great! Friendly, personal, professional, couldn't have asked for more, especially for that price.
The only real downside to this venue is the strict guidelines around access to the venue and timelines. You can't leave anything there past 1 am, so you need to be able to wrap up your wedding, clean up all of your rentals, get all of your gifts, leftover liquor, food, etc. into vehicles, all that evening. You either need to have very gracious and accommodating friends and family, or hire someone to do it for you (this service was provided with my wedding planner, but the rental pick up at 1 am did cost us extra).
