Food supply was insufficient
No staff were present to see refill was needed
Even tea bags were not enough to meet the demand of my guests
We paid extra money for fruit trays but after a few trays the staff said they have no more.
We are totally upset with manner the staff treated us.

Great food and staff! The venue could have more charm to the decor but it was beautiful anyways.

We were very happy with our venue. It was so nice to hear our guests say how much they enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Embassy Grand did an amazing job at our wedding! Our guests are STILL talking about the food that was catered from Spice Cuisine (their recommended vendor). The set up was done beautifully and the coordination was impeccable. We had a couple of things go missing after their staff accidentally thought it was part of the 'take-down', which they happily reimbursed us for. The only complaint I have (which didn't affect the evening much) was that the coordinator who took care of us prior to the wedding was not scheduled to work the night of the wedding. The coordinator on duty that night had to be brought up to speed by our parents and us every now and then during the evening. However, he did a great job taking care of my husband and I, bringing us drinks as we needed them and making sure we had eaten etc. Their staff went that extra step which made us feel ever so special.

This location has the best value for your money!
The food is amazing and the venue is just beautiful! The staff is extremely helpful and their preferred vendor list did nothing but please us. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding! We had a fabulous evening!

Joe and the whole team at Embassy Grand were amazing. We got infinite compliments on the quality, display, and presentation of our meal. The wait staff was courteous and accommodating to our guests.

Embassy Grand did a fantastic job hosting our wedding reception. The food was fantastic, all the logistics fell into place as planned and the room was magnificent! My guests raved about the food (and still do). They did a great job accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. We booked Hall #5 which may seem like a small room but once the decor is up and the guests are in, we were very comfortable and the ambiance was exactly what we had hoped for. The bridal suite was huge so the entire wedding party sprawled out and chilled before the party got started. They provide a rainbow of linens for you to choose from and the chairs don't really need covers on them (savings!). They give you a list of requirements to provide your vendors up front (set up & take down times, delivery location etc). Take advantage of the menu tasting. They set up all our special items (photographs, party favors, guest book etc.) exactly as we had asked. We also picked bbBlanc to be our DJ. There's a Hampton Inn just across the parking lot. We absolutely loved our venue!

I’m just a tad (ok a lot) late on my review however I feel that a positive experience should always be shared!
We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Embassy Grand! We had originally booked our reception at another venue and then 3 months before our wedding – they went out of business. While we scrambled to locate another venue that had capacity for our already invited wedding guests – we came across The Embassy Grand and wished we had booked there originally! Joe and Stephanie assisted us with every question and concern we had. The room looked perfect and we continue to hear rave reviews from all our guests on the food, the attentive bar service and did I mention the food? The waiting staff took such great care of us and our guests. We also used the in-house DJ company BBblanc and were very happy with their services. The Embassy Grand is an all-around beautiful venue with fantastic food and service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great event. Thanks again to all at The Embassy Grand for making our day so unforgettable!
