  A dream come true!

  Booking our wedding at Ferndale Banquet Hall was one of the best deciaions we made. Working with Donald and Brenda throughout the process was an absolute breeze and the head chef, Carol, and her staff were beyond measure. They were extremely kind, honest, generous and genuine. Our guests loved the beautiful venue, food, service bar and staff. Thank you for making a day that is usually full of nerves and anxiety, one we will cherish forever. Thank you ❤️

  We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Ferndale Banquet Hall, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire team, especially our main contact, Donald, went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was absolutely perfect.
  
  Right from the beginning, we were impressed by the fair pricing options offered. They understood our budget and worked closely with us to create a package that suited our needs without compromising on quality. We appreciated their transparent and accommodating approach, which helped us feel at ease throughout the planning process.

  Disgusted!

  Still waiting 2 years later for our refund, but NO ONE answers the damn phone, and when you show up they refuse to talk to you! The owners of this place steal your money!! THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

  Terrible Owners! Unethical! Thieves!

  These owners should be ashamed of them selves! Stealing money from clients and employees alike! I know 2 couples that were ROBBED by these frauds when promised to get their deposit back! They were given ample notice but Donald and Carl decided they would steal from the very people in their communities!
  BUYER BEWARE! THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH OR INVOLVE IN ANY WAY! To make matters worse Donald is arrogant and rude! Acts like his shit dont stink! WHAT A PIECE OF WORK THIS ONE IS!

  Disgusting business values.

  They took our daughter and son in laws deposit and refuse to even respond regarding a refund when questioned about it.

  Worst experience

  They took my deposit and kept ignoring my emails. Then answered when I asked for my deposit back to say that it's not refundable and they are planning weddings 3 months before they are happening due to covid. I'm furious.

  Very unreliable and illegal business

  This vendor has scammed many people in the times of covid. They have taken money and not refunded many couples’ money through Covid. They will not respond to correspondence and are proven to be very sketchy. Beware of the good reviews. They will steal the money right out of your pockets

  The Most Shady Wedding Vendor

  If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I booked Ferndale Banquet hall for our wedding which was scheduled on April 25th 2020 due to Covid it was cancelled (but we had paid in full well in advance) After several attempts to request our money back we have had nothing but radio silence. We have filed in small claims court and received a response that they had no record of us as clients as we had no contract, that is correct because we accepted a cash deal that was offered to us.
  
  This hall should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! I understand that Covid has caused significant damage to a number of businesses, but that doesn't mean that they should take advantage of innocent clients.

  My husband and I had our wedding June 9. It was a beautiful day with wonderful family and friends!! The staff were absolutely amazing and made our day so perfect!
  Amanda and her team worked very hard and were very accommodating to all our needs. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time!! Amanda is a huge assist to the Ferndale banquet centre! We made all the table and wedding party arrangements and they were executed perfectly!
  Amanda made not only our day perfect but our night even better!!
  The food was amazing and all guest could not stop talking about how great everything was!
  Thank you again for all your hard work you made this day unforgettable and look forward to working with you again!!
