Booked Granite Springs in Feb 2022 for a Sept 2023 wedding. Everything was great until I started enquiring about details for our day trying to remain as on-top of things as possible. The General manager Andrew would not respond to emails for an average of 3-5 weeks and I would often have to call the general line and leave several voicemails to hear from him. I thought I was perhaps being demanding, but spoke to several in the wedding industry who assured me I was being reasonable. The worst was not having contact with Andrew for an ENTIRE 6 MONTHS before our wedding, I ended up getting contact information for the event coordinator who works for a different company that works with Granite Springs from another Bride three weeks before our wedding. Brian and Charvi once we got ahold of them were fantastic to communicate with, and did their best to help us with our dream day. We truly felt appreciated and special from them. I was made to feel bad from the general manager the day before our wedding when I asked to remove golf posters and old tournament winner images from the venue space from the general manager when we were paying for the space.

Overall most of our day went off without a hitch, aside from one of our food orders not being communicated from the general manager to other staff (we ordered a French bone in chicken dish and had requested via email it be chicken breast instead and the general manager did not relay that), and a golf cart being promised for my grandparents who had difficulty walking the golf course which for family photos didn't appear.

The location is beautiful, and we truly did have a wonderful day for eachother with friends and family but the amount of absolutely zero communication left my spouse and I extremely stressed. If I had known how poor the communication was I would have chosen another venue.
