The Hammonds Plains Community Centre conveniently located in the heart of Hammonds Plains, a mere 27 minutes from Halifax downtown or international airport. They have been hosting weddings and other community events since 1969. Event packages can be tailored to meet your event's needs and budget requirements.

Facilities and capacity

The Firefighter's Hall occupies most of the venue's main floor and has 2 areas. The Main Room which includes a stage and space for a dance floor and the Reception Foyer which is where you can have your catering and bar service. There is also a Multi-Purpose Meeting Room and Kitchen, which was fully renovated in 2016. The venue has a total capacity for up to 187 guests.
