  Ideal Venue!

  Hazelmere was the ideal spot for our wedding reception! The Panorama room was a beautiful, large space (we had 180 guests) while still maintaining a rustic, lodge-like vibe that made the reception feel intimate. The outdoor greenspace was ideal for photos, getting fresh air and for kids to burn off some energy. Kendra was so helpful and knowledgeable about every step of planning & decorating. Staff was great to work with and keen to help us make our wedding day magical. The food was fantastic, which was a priority of us. Lots of options & flexibility. Would definitely recommend to couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue & down to earth, helpful coordinators to communicate with!

  Hazelmere Wedding

  We had our wedding at Hazelmere Golf and Tennis Club on Saturday, October 5, 2024. When we first came to view the venue, we fell in love immediately with the Panorama Room. It has a beautiful rustic vibe. The staff and event coordinators (Sarah, Bethany and Kendra) were awesome to work with and are very detail-oriented and personable. They were quick to respond to any questions and they were awesome at offering assistance when needed. The only small hiccup was a bit of a lapse in communication when there was a transition of staff initially. The food was delicious and the servers were great. We would highly recommend them as your wedding go-to.

  Amazing Venue!

  We had our wedding here on June 29th and from start to finish everything went smoothly. Hazelmere was prompt with email responses leading up to our wedding day and our day-of-coordinators Bethany and Sarah were exceptional. They were very well organized and ensured everything went as planned and were quick to problem solve when needed.
  
  Our guests loved the food (so did we) and the both the outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception space were beautiful. The Panorama Room has tall windows, wood beams, a large dance floor, and a great outdoor space. We have already recommended Hazelmere to many of our friends!

  Beautiful space & lovely staff

  I was amazed by the efforts the Hazelmere staff put in to make our wedding reception vision a reality. I had a lot of different floor plan ideas for the tables in the Panorama Room, and Karen graciously accepted the challenge to test them out before I finalized my guest list, then Kendra & Katie tested it again closer to the date to make sure the rest of the floor plan would work. Bethany & Sarah handled our final wedding details and they are so friendly, willing, and professional. We got so many compliments on the food (especially on their brisket, potato gratin, penne bolognese, candied salmon and poutine) and the venue's aesthetic overall, and our guests enjoyed taking photos around the private lawn. Thank you, Hazelmere, for providing the space and positive energy to celebrate such a special day!

  Amazing venue!

  Sarah, Bethany and Kendra at Hazelmere were the most incredible event coordinators that made our special day perfect! They were attentive to all our needs, were very responsive when communicating, they brought the joy and calmness to the hectic day, and they were all just amazing, friendly, and professional. We were so happy with how everything turned out, from the set up of our ceremony, the food and bar selections for our reception, and the service that was provided from the beginning to the end. We wouldn’t have been able to pull off a successful wedding without their help so it was an honour and blessing to work alongside each of them. Thank you so much Hazelmere for an unforgettable and magical experience!

  Beautiful Venue With Easy to Work With Staff

  Hazelmere Golf and Tennis Club is a gorgeous venue with a wonderful team. The steam are extremely helpful and responsive. The venue itself is beautiful even with minimal decor. Polkadot Chair Rental has been happy working together with Hazelmere in terms of chair rental to their clients. We look forward to our next events with Hazelmere.

  Amazing Experience!

  So happy that we chose Hazelmere for our special day. From fast communication to impeccable organization on the day of the wedding, this venue truly exceeded expectations. The venue is perfectly complemented the rustic theme we envisioned and the food was delicious . What truly set them apart was their dedication to taking care of every detail throughout the entire planning process. Highly recommend!

  Best place to have your dream wedding

  The manager was very helpful from the beginning to the end. On the day of she was also there to help us get organized so we wouldn't miss times to snap photos. The food was very delicious, our guests kept wondering how we found out about this beauty. We knew it from word of mouth. We rented the garden room that is well built with so much room for everyone and the place has gold fish and it's just so pretty to look at. To top it all of, they do the table clothes and napkins really well and we didn't have to have extra costs as they did colors that we agreed to. We ended up spending only 100 for our own personal decorations. It's a jewel to be discovered surely. The kids were running around admiring the fish and we danced all night. The whole venue is a giant and spacious dance floor. We had about 72 guests and everyone was well taken care of and they overstayed since it was that good. The guests gave us lots of wedding gifts, we think it's because they enjoyed themselves lol. If you like a great stress free wedding venue then you have this place. Yes it's a bit farther out but that's the beauty of it all. There are hotels very close by that you can stay there. Also the hotels close by are classy.

  Excellent service

  I was in communication with Kendra throughout the planning process and she was always very responsive and helpful as she answered all of our questions and made all the necessary changes that we requested.
  We booked the Garden room at this venue and it worked well for us because it had the small rustic vibe that we were going for. Additionally the food that was served was actually pretty nice and tasteful. Unfortunately as their policy doesn’t allow us to take some of the food out, we had some food wasted.
  
  Everything else was on time and as expected.

  We LOVE Hazelmere!

  Our experience with the staff and service at Hazelmere was everything we could have asked for and more. Kendra, our day-of coordinator, was incredibly responsive, kind, and patient with us throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, Kendra was always available and ready to help us. She made the wedding planning process so easy. Her attention to detail and continuous updates to our event order were very much appreciated. The venue itself was perfection. We got many compliments on the food, and they did a great job of accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. We are so grateful for our experience at Hazelmere and would recommend it to anyone! :)
