Cuisine
At an Italian establishment, nobody is going home hungry! Though we specialize in Italian cuisine, our chef has created a variety of mouth-watering menus to suit a variety of cultures, occasions and budgets. We will work with any dietary restrictions or menu requests you may have. From passed canapes, plated dinners, buffets and food stations, we have a variety of menus to suit your event and make your experience one to remember.
Bar
We take care of stocking the bar, providing the licensed establishment and bartenders, you decide how you'd like to run the bar! Whether it's a dry bar, cash bar (guests pay for their own drinks), open bar (you pay for your guests’ drinks), or something in between, we are flexible on how you'd like to run it. For open bars, options include running a tab, using drink tickets, or paying a flat rate per person.

Meet the team
Ashley is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston. A graduate in Journalism and Public Relations and Events Management, her previous experience includes coordinating events, digital media and journalism, as well as managing an annual conference for women’s health education. Her great-grandfather was an Italian immigrant to Canada, and Ashley enjoys the opportunity to share Italian culture with the Kingston community (especially when it involves pasta!)
A native of Kingston, Chris has returned after having spent the last 15 years of his career in Toronto, graduating from the Culinary Management Program at George Brown College in 2008. He began his career with leading hospitality group Oliver & Bonacini at The Toronto Board of Trade. As his young career began to grow, he soon joined the opening team at Malaparte located in the TIFF Bell Lightbox where he developed and refined his culinary techniques. After spending two years at Malaparte, Chris joined the team at Arcadian Court as a Sous Chef at one of the largest event venues in Toronto, hosting corporate and social events. In moving up the ladder, he received nominations for the 30 Under 30 recognition program and several promotions later, Chris accepted the position of Chef de Cuisine. In 2019, he rejoined the team at Malaparte in the Chef role, pushing all he had learned and developed in the large-scale environment into refined techniques and an elevated food experience. With the ever-changing pandemic, Chris saw an opportunity to bring all he has learned back to his hometown and has now joined us here at the Italo-Canadian Club.

Laura is a natural leader and highly driven, and is excited to bring her energy, creativity, and experience to our local Italo-Canadian community.
