My guest and I love the JC banquet hall. Our overall experience was amazing. Thanks to manger and staffs . The decorations was beautiful. The set up,, the foods was on time and tasted amazing. The staffs was respectful, friendly, polite and their service was excellent.

We booked the second floor hall and we had issues the entire time. First off, there was another event downstairs and their music was drowning out our reception. We have asked the staff to kindly do something about it but nothing was done to address the noise. Second, we have rented their sound system and the whole evening, the speakers and microphones kept on acting up. Again, we asked the staff to assist but they said they could not do anything about it. We also rented a bar tender for a cash bar, and by 10pm he was already packing up to leave. We also advised the venue that we will be bringing our own Prosecco but just before the reception started, the bartender asked the servers to retrieve our Prosecco bottles from the table. Not to mention that dinner service started late.

I was promised and reassured by the manager we worked with that my upcoming wedding would be, "smooth and not to worry about anything". I was told to arrive at a specific time to prepare - decorate- our venue site and was left waiting for at least an hour before we could begin... causing the ceremony to be an hour late ( people from the previous venue were sitting in our area eating, and just hanging out) The buffet was there, so they were enjoying. Our wedding was initially scheduled to start at 5:30pm I think I walked in at 7pm. I had been dressed and waiting..
I was told I had a buffet and our guests will be able to get seconds. Well, my plate -bride- was removed from my seat right when I stood up to do my speech. My husband had not even touched his food and it was also removed. This was also the sentiment of other guests they didn't even know when their plates were cleaned up. Then upon going back to the food stations, they were also all cleaned and removed.
The ceremony was ruined by the noise, music, and singing from the other venue below us. I was assured that this would not be an issue - noise from the other venue- as they had "many events running at the same time". Well, all my videos are overrun by the noise that was being played in the other venue. I could not even hear my husband speaking to me, nor could I hear the young ladies who were doing the readings in our wedding ceremony. When my mother asked for the other venue to please turn down the music a little bit, they told her we had to wait for 5 minutes. My mother whom is well into her senior life, was not impressed.
I was also bothered by the fact that although our ceremony was pushed to begin late, because of their lack of control, time management, professionalism and accountability we were told to shut the music off and or turn the music down as it was too loud. I even had to lessen my Tassa band players because it was too loud. I did everything I was supposed to do but the hall... just didn't. I am so very disappointed by the lack of accountability, professionalism and control over their venue that this celebration of marriage in my later years was just ruined. I am only grateful for my family and friends whom were able to share joy and happiness with me, as for this venue it doesn't get anything close to a passing mark at all.

We recently had a wedding reception at JC's Banquet Hall and we are extremely pleased with the hall and décor provided. The food was fantastic, thanks to Vijaya
who is the main Chef. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Special thanks to Sandra who is the coordinator of the event. This banquet hall is highly recommended for any event!

We just had our wedding celebration at JC Banquet on October 9! We were so lucky to have picked such a beautiful venue! The hall was spectacular and huge! The guests enjoyed the large dance floor !

Along with the beautiful venue came the most amazing staff !We've been working with Anil and his team over the last 2 years for this day. They have been very helpful and flexible during the whole process. They definitely catered to our needs.

Another reason why we choose JC was for their food menu! We got to mix and match our buffet items. Then the options for dessert and late night snack stations were yummy. We got a chocolate fountain as well! This was truly the best and all our guests loved the food.

JC banquet is truly an "all-in-one" spot for a wedding.

We recently hosted an engagement ceremony for our Nephew. Staff went above and beyond making absolutely sure that all guests were fully served and were made comfortable. Food was just delicious and kept to the JC Standard. Thank you staff and Management for making our event a success.

We clearly do not get what we pay for . Staffs are so rude to the guests and even showing attitude..Food was on shortage half the guests were not served with promised food in buffet..are they even trained to be servers ? The manager Anil is another alien who is so ridiculously money minded and bugging the organizer complaining about guests and demanding money on spot for nothing . Oh my god we have never seen such a BS place ..People please stay away from these crooks.
