Beautiful Venue and Amazing Hospitality

Liberty Grand has, without a doubt, some of the best hospitality around! From our first tour of the Centennial room to our wedding day, Kristine guided us seamlessly, ensuring every detail was perfect.

As a Type A planner, I reached out to Kristine countless times. She helped with our seating chart, found a floor vendor when we needed one, and patiently answered every question—even those probably covered in the contract! Her patience and willingness to help made the planning process so much easier.

When my husband (then fiance) and I first booked Liberty Grand, I knew it was beautiful. The space felt grand and opulent, even without decor. But on our wedding day, seeing the venue fully...

As a Type A planner, I reached out to Kristine countless times. She helped with our seating chart, found a floor vendor when we needed one, and patiently answered every question—even those probably covered in the contract! Her patience and willingness to help made the planning process so much easier.

When my husband (then fiance) and I first booked Liberty Grand, I knew it was beautiful. The space felt grand and opulent, even without decor. But on our wedding day, seeing the venue fully set up took my breath away—it looked absolutely ethereal, from the ceremony setup to the reception!

I truly felt like a celebrity! Beyond the love and support from our family and friends, the Liberty Grand staff catered to me and my husband with such care. Security ensured only our guests were present, Olga kept my groom out of sight before our first look during the ceremony. She and Kristine also coordinated with vendors to keep everything running perfectly. Right before I walked down the aisle, Olga even gave me a small pep talk, reminding me to enjoy every moment because time would fly by. Probably the best advice I received that day, because it changed my perspective and I took the time to really take the day in.
The servers at our reception were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. One memorable moment was during my brother's heartfelt speech: just as I was on the verge of tears, a thoughtful server appeared beside me with a box of tissues—it was both funny and touching! That moment truly captured Liberty Grand’s renowned hospitality.

The food was a huge hit with everyone. Guests kept mentioning how the meals tasted like restaurant-quality dishes, which is impressive for such a large event. Hats off to the chef for preparing every dish with such care and flavor! And the late-night snack was a favorite too; we had beef sliders and three flavors of gelato, which everyone loved.

It truly was the best day ever, and much of that was thanks to the incredible LG Team. If I could turn back time, I’d choose Liberty Grand again in a heartbeat. They will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Fantastic experience all around!

We had an unforgettable wedding day at Liberty Grand! From the ceremony at the Courtyard, to our reception at the Centennial Room, the venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff provided exceptional customer service to all of our guests. We were also lucky to have worked with Kristine. She was a standout event & day-of coordinator, providing sage advice during the planning stages and delivering a smooth wedding day experience - we couldn't have done it without her! Liberty Grand was the perfect setting for our special day and we will cherish the memories we made there forever! Thank you for everything!

Greatest day!

What an incredible day!! We were married in the court yard which was stunning. Service staff were all amazing. Cindy our Day of Coordinator was on top of everything little detail. Our Event Manager kept things moving. There is so many moving parts and everything was taken care of!!

Perfect wedding venue!

The team at Liberty Grand are truly experts - our day went off without a single issue. The staff is amazing, the service is amazing and the food is amazing! We are so grateful for everyone who made our day so special at Liberty Grand - however, our contact, Charlotte, was incredible. She is so organized, knowledgeable and very responsive via email/phone.

Liberty Grand as the name implies is grand , the architecture is amazing . When you walk in the beauty of the room is second to none. The high ceiling and chandeliers gives a feel of opulence. Next is the staff . Cindy and Olga gave us the perfect wedding , all our expectations were exceeded. I kept wondering if I needed a day of coordinator, but after meeting Cindy I realized I didn’t . One may look at liberty grand and think it may not be in budget , we looked at almost 50 venues on the list of GTA wedding venues and they were all close in price . Want the perfect reception/wedding Cindy and Olga will make it happen . They certainly did for us . Did I mention it was PERFECT!!!

Perfection

My husband and I recently had our ceremony and reception at Liberty Grand - this made it very convenient for our guests. They had multiple locations for photos before the wedding. Plus a coordinator that a) helped me with my nerves b) ran the show making it go off without an error. Walking up the beautiful steps actually makes you feel like you are on a red carpet and the center of the world! Neil our chef, wow is he an amazing chef but also an attentive listener to the changes we wanted to make from our tasting. Even though Matt and I were full of adrenaline - we did enjoy the tasting and ate everything that Neil made....

The perfect venue !

What incredible incredible venue !
It’s hard to summarize this without writing an essay but we visited several venues and Liberty Grand stood out the most, not only the space itself but the staff were professional , knowledgeable , and friendly. This venue is my version of turn key. It really has everything. We had Our reception in the Artifact room. It was gorgeous! Like an upscale club . We had our ceremony in the courtyard. Magical.
The food was unreal. The drinks were amazing! And the staff were fantastic!

Had my daughter's wedding there on May 27 2022 after 2 date changes due to covid. What an outstanding team of professionals. They exceeded all of our expectations and the day was perfect. Best place to host your wedding, 100% recommend!!

Cindy and her team are the reason why my wedding was everything I dreamed of and more. The pandemic forced me to reschedule my wedding four times over the past two years, and Cindy was with me every step of the way. Not only did she promptly return all of my calls and emails, but she was so much more than that. She was my rock through this entire experience, and I felt like I had a teammate on my side instead of just a vendor. When the long-awaited day arrived, everything was PERFECT! The lighting, the setup, the food...oh the food was FANTASTIC! I married an Italian so food was a very important part of the celebration, and...

There are not enough words to express how happy I am with hiring this venue for my wedding. Working with Cindy was the best experience of my entire wedding planning process, she was always responsive, helpful and made sure everything was always under control even in the middle of a global pandemic. She was understanding and flexible with any request we had. The chef/kitchen accommodated us beyond our expectations and the food was amazing! Our guests were raving about the food which means a lot considering most are in the industry. The Renaissance room was newly renovated and even more beautiful than it was before. The team was beyond accomodating and really eased any stressors that arose, they literally...

I can't say enough about how thankful I am to have had the opportunity to work with an event coordinator as amazing as Cindy and her fantastic team that night. 10/10 in my opinion.
