Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association is a Lloydminster-based venue that hosts weddings and many other different types of events. From weddings to trade shows and even livestock exhibitions, LAEA is truly a multifunctional venue. Since it is the only border city in Canada, it provides great services to both provinces. It proudly hosts numerous events and activities, around 800 a year, while receiving 200,000 visitors annually.

Facilities and capacity

LAEA offers a number of facilities which include:

• Wild Rose Pavillion: This space has a stage, dance floor, bar area, private hall and coat check. Great for mid sized to large weddings, it has a capacity for 240 guests on round tables or up to 400 on rectangular tables
• Ranch Room: This space is ideal for intimate weddings of up to 96 people. It includes washrooms, coat check and built-in bar area
• Stockade Convention Centre: This full service space has gorgeous interiors, great acoustics, a serving room for catering, bar area and more. It has a capacity for up to 1,200 people
• Prairie Room: This brand new space can be divided into 2 sections and has a capacity for up to 200 guests depending on the types of tables to be set up. It includes adjustable lighting, portable bar area, lobby, food service area and more
