Choose from three different rooms accommodating the most intimate of weddings to a gala for 300 guests, all overlooking their spectacular golf course. Wedding photographs can be taken on their famous 18th hole bridge surrounded by ponds and the Golden Ears Mountains.

Best day ever!
My husband and I sort of knew we wanted to book Meadow Gardens before we even met with Kayla, but after our first meeting - we didn't need to look any further.
We were shown around the grounds, given a rundown on how the day would look and of course, went over the wedding packages.
The grounds are stunning; the clubhouse is well kept, spacious and the food is SO good - we seriously had so so so many compliments about the food!!!
From the get go, Kayla helped bring the vision of our day to light and was always answered my ridiculous/stressed out emails promptly and always with kindness.
Once rehearsal time came, and I saw her interact with my other vendors with ease and I knew I wasn't going to be worrying about a thing come wedding day -- and I was right! If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I couldn't tell you because everything was taken care of!
Kayla is a professional through and through and simply enjoys her job and takes care. I cannot thank her enough for the work she put in for us.

Beautiful Venue Rain or Shine
We booked a ceremony on the terrace and reception in the Ivory Room. Due to rain, we had to go with plan B and bring the ceremony in. It was done smoothly thanks to our event coordinator Kayla Bell. They were able to assist us with last minute details with the decorations and were very accomodating. We had a lunch buffet, wine service and a host bar. It was all excellent!

Fantastic & Stress Free
You want a venue manager who will help your day go seamlessly? Go here. Kayla was a godsend and honestly kind of a therapist. You are helped with budget, timeline, vendors, seating charts, you name it, you can ask for a helping hand. Communication is phenomenal and Kayla was always ok with us coming in for a quick meeting if I was having a crisis. She connected with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. All our guests raved about the food, even at the rehearsal dinner everyone was absolutely blown away.
It ended up raining on our wedding day, but Kayla was on it and got a giant tent to cover everything. There are also some really cool places to take photos on sight, I only have sneak peeks, and even those are amazing. Of course no bride wants to take outside pictures in the rain, but we made it work.
Everyone said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Can't say enough good things about this venue.

Celebration of a lifetime!
Kayla and the crew at Meadow Gardens Golf Club turned the best day of our lives into a perfect day. They seamlessly took care of all the details allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. Kayla and her staff were always very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our guests too were very pleased with the delicious top quality food and excellent service. A big thank you to you all!

Amazing venue for our wedding
We originally booked our wedding to be in 2021 with a covid package (50 people). After things weren't looking too good before our original date, we decided to postpone to 2022. Kayla (the event coordinator) was so accommodating and helped us organize for a new date. We were able to keep our package pricing and details, staying below 50 people, as that's all we wanted.
When it came closer to the date, the team was great at keeping us updated and organized with what we needed to provide them. On the day of our wedding, we had an amazing time with our closest family and friends. Kayla was very flexible and helped my vision come to fruition. Even when we got delayed for the ceremony, she kept me calm and level-headed. People are still talking about the food too!
All in all, we wouldn't have changed a thing on our big day, and we're so happy with everything at Meadow Gardens. 5 stars all around!

Very responsive and everything was taken care of
Kayla was really responsive to our emails and calls. She made sure everything is in place and kept checking with me and my husband if there's anything that we need. Our guests cannot stop complimenting our food especially the cocktail foods. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful Venue
We came to Mwadow Gardens after rescheduling our wedding twice due to covid. And working with Kayla the event planner was by far the best experience we had. She was super responsive and incredibly patient with us whenever we had questions or concerns. We were able to have our ceremony outside, and reception inside. We were also able to use the bridal suite for getting ready and Kayla was right there to make sure everything went perfectly. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of. The food was amazing and there's plenty of options to get beautiful photos around the venue.

Beautiful Bridal Shower
My Momma and my two sisters threw me the most beautiful “Brunch and Bubbly” Bridal Shower at Meadow Gardens Golf Club in the “Sheridan Room” on Sunday, August 29, 2021! The Sheridan Room is a beautiful place to host an event, it has large floor to ceiling windows across one side of the wall which connects to the outside balcony that over looks the golf course. The food and service was amazing! We went with a delicious buffet brunch and had mimosas being served upon guests arrival. Kayla the Event Manager at Meadow Gardens is excellent, she’s super friendly and very professional. Thank you so much Kayla/the Meadow Gardens Team! 🤗❤️

Incredible!
We had our wedding in September 2021. I have to say that we were extremely impressed with everything. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. Kayla was especially attentive to making sure our day went off without a hitch. The food was phenomenal. The venue and amenities were clean and well kept (the golf course itself was beautiful) We have nothing but great things to say about our experience from first viewing the venue to the end of our wedding. We cannot thank Kayla and Meadow Gardens enough for making our wedding so enjoyable and unforgettable for us and our guests.
