MG is fantastic!
Sabrina and her amazing team made our wedding FLAWLESS.
First of all, the MG provides the most value for your money. The chairs are already beautiful, and they don't force you to rent covers. The food packages were by far the most cost efficient, and - this is important - the food doesn't taste like "banquet hall food".
No rubbery chicken; beef that is cooked exactly to specification, and an Italian menu that doesn't just rely on boring old items like red and white pasta, and melon wrapped in a sad piece of prosciutto. The menu is inspired, contemporary, and delicious. The wait staff is professional, helpful, and unlike so many staff members I've seen at other halls, actually looked like they enjoyed their jobs.
I was a nervous bride with a lot of questions in a lot of emails, and Sabrina responded patiently, in a timely manner, and was entirely reassuring at all times. on the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond, stepping in as a runner when needed, helping our special needs kids, and generally being in the right place at the right time, always.
I can't recommend the Mississauga Grand enough.Sabrina and her amazing team made our wedding FLAWLESS.

Jay & Jen's Epic Wedding
We held both our ceremony and reception at MG on Sat, Sept 21, 2024 and loved every bit of it.
The food was fantastic! Hats off to the Chef and kitchen staff. Our guests were so pleased with the service, the quality and quantity of food during dinner and at our late night seafood and sweet table.
Our taste buds miss the food.
The event space and rooms were so lovely and the bridal suite was very clean and spacious as well.
The team at MG graciously accepted our vision and entertainment vendors and our day was absolutely amazing.
For us, the Atrium Room was the perfect space to have our ceremony and we loved it being linked to Ballroom 1 to host our Reception.
The team is professional, kind and super quick in replying and assisting with our inquiries.
Thanks to the entire team for helping us create our perfect day.
We're hoping to have an opportunity to visit the venue again to enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Best venue for us!
We held our wedding reception here for 365 people and it was the best choice for us. We loved working with Sam and Monique, they were super helpful and easy to work with. The food options are really good and the service was fantastic. They don't pay their cleaners

Beautiful Venue
We chose the Mississauaga Grand for our wedding 2 weeks ago. Our coordinator was Nicole. She was awesome, Professional and always available for any questions we had. The staff was kind and always willing to help in any way possible. The food was incredible and the presentation was above expectation. Could not have picked a better place to hold our venue. Horrible experience
Our experience at Mississauga Grand for our wedding was incredibly disappointing and stressful. From the very beginning, we encountered false information and a lack of coordination among their staff. Dealing with over five different people throughout the planning process was frustrating and led to numerous miscommunications.
The venue's failure to cater to our ethnic culture was evident, and discussions with the owner (Sam) did little to address our concerns. The staff seemed more interested in doing the bare minimum to secure their final payment rather than ensuring our satisfaction.
On our wedding day, the issues continued. The sound system was inadequate, and despite requests, the staff refused to adjust the volume, leading to a less-than-ideal experience for our guests and our DJ. The air conditioning was also malfunctioning on a hot day with over 180 guests, making the event uncomfortable.
One of the most significant disappointments was the mishandling of our seating chart, with immediate family members placed at the back of the hall. Even when brought to the owner's attention, he responded with indifference and accused us of seeking something in return rather than acknowledging their mistakes.
Furthermore, the mishap with our wedding cake and the subsequent blame-shifting only added to our frustration. The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by the staff and owner was unacceptable.
In summary, our wedding day, which should have been perfect, was marred by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of Mississauga Grand. We strongly advise against choosing this venue based on our experience. Communication and customer service are essential, and sadly, this venue fell short in every aspect. Terrible experience from start to finish in terms of communication from management to staff. They will promise you things and will not follow through with them or find a way to cheap out on your requested services. A lot of miscommunication over emails and phone calls. Unorganized and they do not cater to cultural traditions. Staff will give you the run around when you are trying to get in contact with the owner/operator “Sam”. if there are any issues after the wedding, they will not care once they’ve received their money. Case in point, our wedding cake was never given to us, instead they serving staff gave us three random cakes and lied to the owner stating we did not want our actual wedding cake to cover up their mistake. They messed up our table structure the day of and did not care to do anything about that as well. Owner was nonchalant insisting we are looking for something. Do not waste your time, there are far better venues, the only good thing about this place is the atrium for indoor cermonies. Elegant venue and lots of great food!
My husband and I had our wedding reception here on Sept 24, 2022. We were very impressed by the quantity and quality of food and the friendliness of the staff. The venue looks beautiful and the prices were very reasonable for all that is included. Sabrina was very helpful through the whole planning process.
