Newlands has created the most stress free wedding experience possible. Charlene was so patient and so quick to respond to our numerous questions about our wants. They had plenty of options to customize our reception to make it exactly what we wanted. The food exceeded all expectations and I had so many guests compliment us on the quality and flavour. We requested a dish that was not on the options to choose from and Newlands delivered the best! The service was amazing our room captain Sal was so attentive and anticipated all of ours and our guests needs. Our DJ kept the dance floor alive all throughout the night.

We also had the best professional photographer, Sherri, who made us feel so at ease and comfortable, (coming from two introverts who hate being the center of attention). She directed our bridal party so well and was able to make our vision of our wedding come true.

If you want a stress-free wedding, Newlands is the perfect venue for you! They cover almost everything, including ceremony venue, reception, food, designs, flowers - about 90% of your wedding needs. As a busy first-time mom, I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. I'm grateful I didn't have to worry about planning and could focus on caring for my baby. This all-inclusive venue gives you peace of mind. Plus, the food and staff are amazing! I 100% recommend Newlands.

My experience with Newlands had no regrets! I got their club wed package on a weekday for a better deal, and there was room in the budget to put in add ons to fluff up the decor! I had particular requests like wanting my Florist friend to take care of my bouquet, the boutonnieres, and the cake flowers, and the venue was flexible with my request and put the bridal flower budget into other add-ons. Their decor team was so nice, the coordinator, Lisa, was able to work the budget as efficiently as possible so that I got the most out of what I was paying. When I told her my request to have my friend take care of the bridal flowers, she gave me super clear instructions as to what to tell my friend. She even gave me different scenarios of decorations ranging in prices so i can decide what I wanted and knowing the price behind it. The basic club wed package really takes care of most things, but we ended up adding on a lot. Things that costed more was the photography files for the engagement shoot and wedding, the fairy lights, the linen table cloth to the floor, the grand supper table, the nice wooden chairs, certain speciality foods, and the photo booth. we also rented two speakers and their roll in stage because we wanted to do a “First Song” instead of a “First Dance” which was a huge hit! The DJs were super helpful in the setting up process. Some guests had dietary restrictions, some spilled their wine, and I saw the room captain, Sal, take care of my guests incredibly well. The venue coordinator, Jessalyn, was amazing to work with, very informative and responsive. I was not afraid to ask questions as little or odd as they may have been, and she responded promptly and respectfully. Keep in mind, as much as the venue takes care of a lot, I still had to be on top of my administrative skills and respond to lots of emails as i had to communicate to the Venue coordinator, the DJ coordinator, the Design Studio, my photographer, and the photobooth people (all nice people and made the process so easy). I also still had to get my dress, plan the itinerary how i wanted it, plan the games, pick the songs, arrange the wedding favours, arrange the welcome guest table decor, and meet with my family, the flower boys, MCs and officiant to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was still a lot of work but it all still beats having to plan a wedding from scratch!! Would recommend Newlands 100% :)

We got married September 6th 2024, this venue was gorgeous!! They legit do everything for you which for any bride is AMAZING as it’s not stressful at all!! They are also around the clock there to check in with or ask questions

Newlands was the best venue for our wedding everything was so organized and they helped us through the whole process. We could not choose a better venue.

I have my wedding here just the past weekend. I have never been more happier with the turn out. The best day ever. Charlene was super helpful, organized and beyond accommodating (as a planned this wedding from Ontario). The venue is gorgeous. It was great that we could have our ceremony and reception both at the same spot. Everything was worth the price and their prices aren’t bad compared to other places! Forever grateful. The Newlands team seriously could not have done more for us and our wedding. It was the most magical and perfect day of our lives. Our coordinator, Charlene, was truly a joy to work with and was with us every step of the way, providing such amazing support and guidance. She truly made our wedding way less stressful because of how great she was.

Lisa and the design team executed our wedding vision more than perfectly - they truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND with every single detail. They gave us our dream wedding AND MORE. Every single detail was flawless, and they even went a step further and added extra details that we didn't even know about!!! The flowers and decorations were curated with such care, and it was truly the most beautifully decorated wedding I have ever seen - and I'm not just saying that because it was mine!! I was so emotional when I saw our ballroom and how magical it looked that it brought me to tears. Lisa and the entire Newlands design team listened to our vision and delivered it even better than we ever could have dreamed.

In addition to this, the entire Newlands staff was amazing! The pastry team delivered us the most beautiful, and most delicious wedding cake, and the kitchen gave us the yummiest food ever - our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was!

I seriously could not recommend Newlands more. By choosing to have your wedding at Newlands, you are choosing a team of wonderful people, you are choosing less stress (and let me tell you, wedding planning is the most stressed I have ever been in my life, and Newlands seriously reduced it tenfold), and you are choosing your dream. My husband and I got married at Newlands on June 13th, 2024 in their beautiful conservatory Ballroom. I will be honest, when we first went we were shown all the other ballrooms they have to offer and were quite underwhelmed, but when they say saving the best for last - it’s really worth it! The conservatory ball room was MAGICAL. It was a fairy tail dream with the twinkle lights, and floor to ceiling windows all around the room. Stunning! Our wedding coordinator was Charlene, and we’re beyond happy with her and her patience with us leading up to the wedding, many questions and concerns came up as the day came closer - but she did an amazing job reassuring us. She truly helped the wedding go great! Sherri was our photographer, and she was SO easy and professional to work with. I get easily overwhelmed and she made sure I never got to that point during photos on our big day. Our whole wedding party loved her too! 11/10. We also fully recommend the magnolia suite to any brides thinking about getting it. It was absolutely stunning, and all of my bridesmaids and vendors loved it too! We would totally recommend Newlands to anyone who is getting married! thank you everyone for making our day so perfect.

We chose Newlands due to the all inclusive approach and loved how simple and low stress this made wedding planning. If you want to hand pick every detail, this option might not be for you, but I loved not having to research, choose, and contract individual vendors. I found the staff at Newlands never pressured us to upsell anything, any add ons were simply mentioned as being available and they moved on if we didn't express interest.
Our coordinator, Charlene, was very helpful and great to work with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. Our room captain, Gus, was also wonderful.
Overall, we had a great experience at Newlands in the Copper Ballroom and would recommend it.
