Occasions By The Bay is a wedding venue offering extensive service to couples celebrating their wedding in the Quinte and Prince Edward County area. Situated in a scenic and tranquil location steps away from the Bay of Quinte, the ballroom is a spectacular setting that invites a grand gala event. We are located in between Toronto and Montreal International airports.

Occasions By The Bay is a flexible setting in which to host a magical big day for anywhere between 40 to 200 guests on-site. The ballroom is a classically beautiful space with ornate crystal chandeliers, flowing drapes hang from above, creating a romantic, fairytale-like atmosphere. There is a terrace that invites attendees to step out for some fresh air into the immaculate english gardens. Couples can also choose to exchange vows outdoors with four ceremony locations to choose from including our new fairy tale forest. Furniture, including tables and chairs, comes as standard with the rental of the venue. There is parking available on-site.
