Great service all around, everyone was wonderful. We still haven't stopped getting compliments on the food!! Couldn't imagine having our reception anywhere else!

We had our wedding reception at ovations ballroom and we have zero complaints with the service! Everyone was friendly and helpful! All of our questions and requests were answered and made by our planner Jolene! We are happy customers!

We got married at Ovation Ballroom in May 2024. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day, which allowed us to get married outside on their property. Every single thing went perfectly and our day was everything we imagined, and more. Jolene went above and beyond, from the first moment of contact right up until after our wedding. She was always smiling and was able to accommodate all of my husbands requests, no matter how big or small. It was beautiful getting married outside, there was plenty of seating and everyone had a good view. Jolene ensured the day went smoothly and helped coordinate all of the fine details. Our nieces were our flower girls and were intimidated about walking down the aisle, which we discovered during rehearsal, Jolene’s sweet daughter was there and came to our rescue, we asked if she would walk with the girls, as they felt comfortable with her, and she did an amazing job walking with the kids up the isle, and making them comfortable. We are so thankful for everything. 10/10 review on the venue, the staff, the coordinator, and everything else that came along with our wedding. Thanks ovation, for making our wedding as magical as we have always dreamed it would be !

When my then fiancé and I were looking for a venue to host our loved ones, Ovation was a fantastic choice. No regrets, however using the spacious property for additional fun woitzoor ould have been the icing on the cake! But I digress. Jolene provided us with tremendous service and the staff treated our loved ones with exceeding hospitality. My wife and I loved the menu options and were enamored by our first dance photos under the beautiful chandelier. With 150 people there was room for more but our family and friends enjoyed a well staged reception space that left room for comfort to move around without feeling hollow. Months later, we still receive compliments about how perfect the night was. So thank you Ovation ballroom for a great addition of our wedding celebration. We hope to be invited to a wedding there soon!
