Terrible Receptionist, Great Venue Overall

While the venue itself is beautiful and offers a great setting for a wedding, I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist that introduced herself to us as Amata. The customer service was lacking, with the receptionist being rude and unhelpful. It was frustrating to feel dismissed when trying to inquire about details for an event.

At my brother's wedding - the venue’s space, ambiance, and overall atmosphere were wonderful, Francesco, Dino and the rest of the staff we interacted with were kind and accommodating. The food was good.

Overall, a great venue, but definitely room for improvement in customer service at the front desk. I hope the management can address the reception area’s customer service to ensure better experience for future couples.

Beautiful and made our wedding perfect

We loved having paradise as our venue for our reception. The venue itself is so beautiful and from day 1 of booking with paradise, they have been so helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted/needed to plan our perfect reception. On the day of, we had a day of coordinator assigned to us and we were so impressed on how she checked in on us and our families so often throughout the night to make sure we were all having a great time. Before our wedding, our appointed coordinator was so helpful and accommodating to our guests many dietary restrictions and ensuring proper substitutions. Amazing price in comparison to other venues and such great value!

We cannot thank everyone at Paradise enough for their incredible work on our wedding day! From start to finish, they were professional, and incredibly helpful. Everyone truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. Not to mention, the food was amazing!

Perfect venue!

This venue was amazing! The interior was beautiful so we didn’t need much decorations, and the food was perfect! We had a lot of guests come up to us afterwards to compliment the food, from appetizers, to the main, to the late night snacks, everything was perfect!

Excellent venue

Working with the paradise banquet hall team was amazing and our wedding went perfectly. The and service were excellent and the prince room was beautiful. We had a beautiful wedding without much of the stress thanks to paradise banquet hall. Thank you!

Lovely to work with and great food

I can’t rave enough about this venue

For one the food was AMAZING, so tasty, and the package we got has so much food!
They are also very flexible and understanding of people being added or cancelling etc !

The head server of the night was soooo wonderful! She was there when I arrived early for photos in the garden and since my dress was large she had tablecloths put down outside since it rained and didn’t want my dress to get dirty and helped coordinate with entrances

I had people craving the food after the tasting trial and now are wanting their food again after the wedding! I had some packaged and my...

Amazing!!!

I really enjoyed having my wedding here. All the staff are incredibly nice and helpful! Beautiful venue and if you’re lucky like me, the garden for a ceremony is breathtaking!
