Plaza Volare is located in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. The venue has more than 30 years in the industry. The ballroom is one of the largest in the Montreal area. Plaza Volare has been the main location for innumerable events and serving clients with great hospitality and event spaces.
Facilities and capacity
Multiple banquet rooms are available. Spaces can accommodate between 75 and 1200 guests. Backdrops are available in 8 different breakout rooms that add on to 18 event rooms for special events. With 30,000 sq. ft. of function hall and ballroom of 15,00 sq. ft. an event of any size can be accommodated.
Services offered
Outdoor and indoor settings are provided. Tents are offered to bring in unique setting. Gardens make a floral background and design for outdoor events. A restaurant and lounge are included.
Cuisine
International meals are provided. Kosher and non-kosher needs are accommodated. Professional wedding coordinators will provide quality service by considering what the couple wants every step of the way.
Location
Plaza Volare is 7 minutes away from Place Vertu. The venue is located 13 minutes away from Rockland Centre and 16 minutes away from Carrefour Angrignon. They are also located 7 minutes away from the airport.

amazing space & wedding coordination, great food & packages
We got married summer of 2018 and we booked halls International B-C-D-E & the tent and we absolutely loved the venue and service provided by Plaza Volare. They offer different comprehensive wedding packages (and I imagine other events as well) which include food for cocktail hour & reception, beverages (alcoholic and non), wedding coordination, set up with use of their candelabra centrepieces, chairs, linens, etc included, all catered towards your specific needs. We and our guests loved the food and the staff here was incredibly accommodating and courteous and we've been so happy to hear great reviews of the whole night from our guests about Plaza Volare. Karina, in particular, was absolutely fantastic and amazing! She was our wedding coordinator and she was so helpful and great with details and I'm sure she's done so much we're unaware of to help create the perfect event for us. I highly recommend working with her and with this venue!

Our service included hall for minimum of 140 guests, 3-course meal with 2 bottles of wine per table, open-bar for non-alcoholic drinks, their decorations and they added what we purchased, hall set-up, and hotel room for 1 night. We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony but the weather was poor so they prepared a hall indoors, it was great! Everyone made sure we were stressed-free and worked to make everything go as per our desires. One negative experience was that the payment procedure was not communicated to us in a timely matter regardless of how many times I asked for it, that put us in a very stressful situation the day before the ceremony. For a moment they put the blame on us, then they found a solution to accommodate us. In retrospect, that experience was a small negative compared to the service we received beforehand and on the wedding day. Overall, the experience with Plaza Volare, PMG, was top-notch!!!

Jessica and Julian Lazaratos wedding
An incredible experience from the beginning to the wedding day. A pleasure not a chore to do the planning sessions with Karina. A five star celebration to make our daughter’s wedding a Fairy tale event where everyone including the bride’s parents could sit and enjoy the amazing ceremony, the outstanding cocktail hours and the incredible wedding feast . A big heartfelt thank you to Marco who explained all the venue options.
And finally our deep appreciation to the attentive staff and servers headed by Sage .
If you want to have the most wonderful day of your wedding then go nowhere else Plaza Volare will make that happen .

The perfect wedding venue
My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Terry and everyone was just amazed by the venue and the food. Especially the international buffet. Plaza volare exceeded our expectations. My husband and I reside in Toronto and Terry made us feel like were in good hands from the beginning to the end. All she said was delivered and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Sweet expectations
Planning a wedding is not easy! But when we chose plaza Volare we felt a huge load of stress lift off our shoulders. Dealing with Peggy was a piece of cake. She understands what we need, helps us decide when we are stuck, and generally handles it all so that we don’t feel stressed on our event! Wonderful experience!

So impressed with the service!!
I got married a few years ago & people STILL talk about the international buffet, the steak & the sweet table area. Just incredible service! The staff was so professional and kind. The booking process with Vito was great, they could see we were seriously shopping for a venue and they were the only hall willing to negotiate and taylor-fit the type of reception we were looking for. Absolutely recommend, especially for a wedding venue!!
