Rebel Creek Golf Club is a Petersburg-based venue that specializes in both indoor and outdoor banquet facilities for weddings and other events. This venue is located on the city's rolling hills, close to the Kitchener / Waterloo area. Ideally suited for a classic, country or garden style wedding, Rebel Creek offers you most of what you'll need for a successful event. They'll even throw in a complimentary round of golf for the bride & groom and half off for their wedding party!

Nestled in the rolling hills of Petersburg, just minutes away from Kitchener-Waterloo awaits their breathtaking venue. Rebel Creek’s banquet facility and terrace offer a first class 22,000 sqaure foot venue that can cater up to 160 of your family and friends. With their warm and inviting atmosphere, rich colour and outstanding service team, they will make your wedding day a memorable one!
With two outdoor ceremony options as well as one indoor option for inclement weather and off season ceremonies, Rebel Creek ensures that your ceremony will be both comfortable and picturesque for you and your guests.
Rebel Creek offers elegance and ambiance during all seasons: an autumn wedding amidst the falling leaves, a summer wedding overlooking the greens or a winter wonderland. Outside, their patio stretches the entire length of the facility and around a rustic yet modern Muskoka lounge. Their patio overlooks the 9th hole and parts of the golf course, providing a gorgeous backdrop for any part of your wedding.

INCREDIBLE!! Highly recommend!!
I cannot put into words how perfect this venue is! My husband and I had toured numerous venues and the minute we showed up at Rebel Creek, we were greeted by Danielle and immediately knew this was the venue for us! Apart from the stunning views and scenery, Rebel Creek is so laid back but Danielle and Cassie run the day like a well-oiled machine. Danielle and Cassie were so interested in our special day and details and ensured everything was exactly what we wanted. At the end of the ceremony we were congratulated by Danielle and Cassie with our favourite beverages. I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue, it is absolutely incredible and wouldn’t have changed a single thing with our experience!

Best Wedding Ever!
We booked with Rebel Creek back in March of 2021 for our May 2023 wedding. Danielle was amazing to work with throughout the whole process! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had Cassie and Karen for our wedding day coordinators, and they were amazing. They did a very good job, and we are so happy with how everything turned out! It was an overall 10/10 experience for us!

Phenomenal Wedding!
My husband & I cannot stop talking about how impressed and happy we were with Rebel Creek. Danielle and her team went above and beyond for us. They were eager to help out where they could and made our day feel super special. Our guests made plenty of comments to us about how impressed they were with the food and staff- Quite a few told us they’d be recommending Rebel to others. There isn’t one negative thing to say about Rebel Creek. Thanks again!

Perfection
From the moment we walked into that meeting with Danielle, we knew that was where we were getting married. The sheer professionalism that was shown really put any and all concerns to rest. I had a lot of email communication with Danielle and she was always quick to respond with excitement. Our tasting was a lovely date, and the food is to die for. We are still getting compliments about our venue choice! The staff handled everything effortlessly and it all went off without issue! If you're on the fence about booking here, I HIGHLY recommend that you do. I felt like royalty during the whole process. 12/10 for sure!

Amazing! Amazing staff, Amazing food, Incredible Venue
We cannot thank Rebel creek Golf Club enough with how amazing they are! Our August wedding was incredible and it is largely thanks to Danielle and the amazing staff at Rebel Creek! They made everything so easy and fun and beautiful. Every single staff member was kind and helpful.
Danielle is one In a million! Seriously! She handled everything with such ease and professionalism! I never stressed (and I can be a stresser) because I always knew she had everything handled. She somehow worked her magic and got everyone where they needed to be and helped our other vendors with whatever they needed- even before they knew what they needed she had it ready for them :)
Danielle is very kind, clear and organized about every detail from start to finish, and on the day of the wedding, it all came together seamlessly.
The reception hall is beautiful and has modern carpeting and seating as well as linens and decor. Little to no decor is needed at Rebel - it is such a beautiful place on its own. - the adjoining patio has fire pits and trees lined with fairy lights - magical at night time.
The Ceremony site - we had our ceremony on the 12th tee by the silo outdoors- (indoor options are available) it was gorgeous! The natural surroundings were perfect, and again, no decor was needed. - Rebel set up chairs and a signing table as well as seating for our Dj who played live music.
For Photos -we took ours just off to the side of where the ceremony was and they turned out incredible. You can’t beat a beautiful golf course for a backdrop! - and of course Danielle had nice cold drinks and snacks waiting for us right after our ceremony - she was always one, or ten steps ahead :)
Every one of our guests had an amazing time and every single one of them told us how amazing the staff and Venue was. I HIGHLY recommend Rebel Creek Golf Club for your wedding!

Absolutely amazing!
If I could do it all over again I would! Everything about Rebel Creek was amazing.. I’m so pleased we picked this venue for our big day! Danielle was amazing to work with, the servers, and bartenders. I left every meeting feeling less stressed and left my wedding night with the biggest smile on my face! To anyone looking for a venue I would definitely recommend Rebel Creek!

Amazing place!
We had our wedding here on Sept 4th 2021. First, Danielle is one of the best people we have ever worked with. Professional, responsive, and so organized. She made working with them an absolute pleasure. She also made sure we had beverages and food while taking photos - and that is just top notch.
The location its self is spectacular. Beautiful scenery for photos, and the hall is lovely. Having a private bar, and beautiful outdoor space is such a bonus. And our favourite part - you are the only wedding.

Absolutely amazing
We're now 1 month post-wedding and have had time to digest our magical day at Rebel Creek. What an absolutely perfect wedding! Planning a wedding during COVID is stressful for all, but Danielle (the wonderful coordinator at Rebel Creek – that’s right, you get a wedding coordinator included in your price!!) helped us through everything with ease. From postponing our date by a month due to COVID, accommodating any and all of our special needs/requests, and guiding us through the whole process from day one, Danielle always got back to us super quick and made sure that we would have the best day possible and kept the wedding day running smoothly. You are in tremendous hands with Danielle and the rest of her professional team at Rebel Creek.
The venue is wonderful and the outdoor space for the ceremony is gorgeous. They do have a backup plan to hold the ceremony indoors if it rains (or if you have a Winter wedding), but thankfully the skies opened up just in time for our ceremony so we could go ahead as scheduled. The stone wall in the background and the greenery surrounding it makes for such charming photos. Indoors there is a lot of space for seating and a great dancefloor to keep the party going all night. They recently re-did the patio which is a great place for cocktail hour and an opportunity for some more relaxed time at the gas fire pit if you need to take a wee break from dancing in the night!
All of our guests kept saying how they loved the food, the space, and everything about the wedding. “The best wedding I’ve ever gone to” was a common theme after all was said and done, (and this isn’t just them trying to be nice). It truly was an incredible evening. 10/10 would recommend having your wedding at Rebel Creek.

The Perfect Wedding Venue
I honestly dont even know where to start! From the moment we met Danielle and saw this place, I knew we were going to choose this venue! It is absolutely stunning!!! You get married right on the course with a stone wall and trees as a backdrop, photos by the water, on the path and more on the course. This place is just beautiful!
Now, the main reason - Danielle (wedding coordinator). She is absolutely PERFECT! She made our wedding so perfect there isn’t anything I can say bad! My husband and I had a few last min changes leading up to the wedding and she made everything work! Whatever vision you have, she makes it work. Whatever request, she makes it work. Our day definitely could not have gone the way it did without Danielle and her staff. The staff is so great and unbelievably nice! Everyone LOVED the food, not a single complaint. I find that food can usually be a hit or miss at weddings and from the cocktail hour to dinner to late night food, everything was a hit! I am so beyond happy that we chose this place for our wedding!!!
