Nestled on the edge of Fort Langley, Redwoods Golf Course offers a picturesque all-inclusive outdoor venue for weddings to take place. Spectacular panoramic views of the coastal mountains and the manicured fairways of a world-class golf course create an unparalleled backdrop for both your ceremony and reception. This breathtaking view and beautifully polished setting create an elegant mood for your entire wedding day.
Facilities and Capacity
A wooden bridge crossing a uniquely designed water feature marks the entrance to the wedding ceremony site. Couples exchange their vows atop a grand three-step curved staircase surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and towering redwood trees.
Following the "I do's," your wedding reception will take place under our magnificent marquee tent where you can romance the night away! Directly behind the head table is the spectacular panoramic view of the coastal mountains meeting the manicured fairways of a golf course. Together these create an unparalleled backdrop to your wedding reception during daylight and an even more breathtaking locale for sunset photos in the evening. Dine on a delicious chef-inspired meal under the romantic twinkle of mini-lights and chandeliers in our gorgeously decorated outdoor event space and romance the night away with your family and friends—an evening that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.
We exclusively host only one wedding per day ensuring that your wedding is our absolute priority.
Services Offered
Couples booking at Redwoods can enjoy the ease of an all-inclusive wedding package. In the all-inclusive wedding package, couples are provided with customized décor including floral centrepiece arrangements, as well DJ services. Also included are complete coordination services prior to the wedding as well as day of, set up and take down of the venue, a gourmet dinner, wine service, champagne service, all staff for the event, and everything that needs to happen before and throughout the big day. Our Special Event Coordinators and their entire team provide outstanding and seamless service from the very first meeting until the very end of the big day which takes the stresses and worries out of the couple’s best day.

Dream Wedding
Having our wedding at Redwoods was the best decision. First off, Jill and the entire event staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE. They responded to our emails (several- sorry Jill) right away, offered wonderful suggestions, and made our wedding day completely stress free. The venue itself is beautiful, the lawns and gardens were groomed to perfection making it the perfect backdrop for photos. We loved the all inclusive style package with food and beverages, decor and DJ. My husband and I, along with our 80 guests raved about the food- it was presented beautifully and most importantly delicious. They catered to my nut allergy and offered GF options. Tracey and her team from Cinderella Slip Ons (included decor package) made our vision come to life. Craig the DJ was also amazing. I can't recommend or thank Redwoods enough- they are truly the best!! You will not regret getting married here.

10/10! Such a gorgeous venue
We held our wedding at Redwoods on June 14, 2024. From the early days of communicating with Jill all the way up to our wedding day, I knew we were in good hands. Jill was extremely responsive and answered all our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner, making the stress of wedding planning that much easier for us. We planned last-minute visits of the venue on a few occasions, and Jill was always happy to accommodate us and show us around. Closer to the wedding date, Lynnea and the rest of the Redwoods team were great points of contact, always making sure to respond to our questions (no matter how small) in a timely manner.
Our wedding day ran extremely smooth. I was a bit nervous with so many moving parts in a baraat and Indian wedding ceremony (especially when I hadn't seen any reviews or photos of Indian weddings at Redwoods), but the Redwoods team did a great job making sure the evening flowed seamlessly. Craig (the DJ) did a great job juggling *many* different songs played at different moments throughout the hour-long ceremony. The Redwoods team also did an amazing job keeping us on time when cocktail hour started to run a bit long (due to my bridal outfit change).
The vendors were also great to work with. Tracey did a fantastic job with the decor, and Craig (the DJ) made sure we stayed on the dance floor all night. The food was delicious and the service was lovely. The photos speak for themselves, but the entire venue is BEAUTIFUL. Many of our guests were blown away since they're used to attending weddings in large banquet halls. At Redwoods, it's such a serene environment full of nature, with gorgeous mountain views.
Overall, every single person we encountered affiliated with Redwoods--from the venue staff to the independent vendors included in the wedding package--made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision to choose Redwoods as our venue. We wouldn't change a thing, thank you so much!!!

The right choice!
We checked out nearly a dozen venues before we settled on Redwoods. They were on our radar because we had heard the food was amazing, but it was the tour that really sold us. Lynnea was the most professional on-site event planner that we had encountered, and we witnessed the setup staff steaming every tablecloth during our tour.
While planning, we frequently exchanged emails with Lynnea, Dacey, and Jill; all were wonderful to work with. They even accommodated some last minute seating changes.
Nearly every guest complimented the delicious food and beautiful venue. The food was incredible (that prime rib carvery!) and the landscaping was gorgeous. Both the head chef and head landscaper have been with Redwoods for over a decade, it really shows.
With a late-September wedding date, we were concerned we may be getting married in the rain. Unlike other venues, Redwoods already had a well thought-out contingency for rain. Thankfully, the rain held off, and we were able to be wed under the beautiful arbour.
The Redwoods all-inclusive package includes decor, food/beverage, and the DJ. The only things that weren't included were the officiant/commissioner, the photographer, and personal florals. Unlike some other venues, the base package was really quite nice and we didn't feel like we needed to upgrade the decor to feel like a beautiful wedding. We also got to take the table and ceremony florals home at the end of the night!
Redwoods was great, we definitely made the right choice!

The Perfect Venue
Not only did Redwoods Golf Course end up being the perfect wedding venue for us, but their event coordinators, staff, and vendors were all fantastic to work with, all the way up to our big day.
We hosted just shy of 60 guests at our wedding and felt like both the Redwoods' ceremony and reception space were the perfect size for us.
The food was fantastic as well, and our guests thought so too, as we heard much praise throughout the night about the steaks and shrimp that we had selected for the buffet.
The venue is beautiful and served to elevate every photo we took throughout the day. The sprawling natural backdrop behind the head table was an exceptionally pleasant surprise when we saw our photos after our wedding.
Again the staff were all fantastic, and will work hard to make your special day special the way you want it to be. Redwoods helped us work our many ideas into their space in a way that elevated our day and made it feel unique to us.

5 Star Wedding
If you want a 5 star wedding, then Redwoods is the place for you! From the beautiful scenery, amazing menu selection, best DJ, helpful wedding coordinators and an all inclusive package, Redwoods has it all.

Unbelievable
We tied the knot on Friday, May 31st, and we could not have asked for a better day. Even prior to the event Jill and her team were responsive and easy to work with. From Tracy to Craig, everyone was wonderful to work with. You get WAY more than you realize. The floras were beautiful and plentiful, the food was amazing, and dessert bar was great. Although I was too full to partake, everyone raved about the cheesecake. We got the mid-night snack, and although everyone was full, they all enjoyed the tiny food truck. I’ve since recommended Redwoods to multiple friends, and if you’re wondering if this is the place to do it. If you want a hassle free, just show up and have a great time venue, this is it.

Amazing venue and staff all around!!
We were so incredibly happy with Redwoods from day 1! Jill and her team are such a well oiled machine, and they do everything that they can to make you feel like your wedding is the only wedding! They were super flexible and willing to work with us and accommodate any changes, no matter how last minute. And the FOOD…I mean come on. Sooo many people are talking about how good the food was and how lovely the wedding was. We had a lot of guests telling us that it was the best wedding that they’ve ever been to! Thank you Redwoods!

In my time at Redwoods, I have coordinated over 500 weddings. I love being able to work with couples to make the process of planning a wedding totally stress-free and the best experience possible. Helping make a couple's dream wedding come to life is the greatest!
