Roma's Hospitality Centre is a Mississauga, Ontario-based banquet hall that provides optimal facilities and delicious food for weddings and other special events. If you are looking for an elegant and grand setting for your upcoming wedding celebration, then look no further than this venue. Facilities and capacity
The facilities found at Roma's Hospitality Centre have been recently renovated to include classic white panelling and coffered ceilings. The facilities include two ballrooms. Our smaller ballroom can accommodate a maximum of 110 guests, and our larger hall can easily accommodate 100 to 350 guests, with a full dance floor included.
Our venue is unique because the two halls are completely separate, self-sufficient, and soundproof. Each hall offers its own private lobby space and washrooms.
Services offered
Our venue will create memorable moments by offering just the right services for your event. The services include a bridal suite in our larger hall, catering/bar, clean up, liability insurance, lighting/sound, outside vendors, and set up.
Cuisine
Voted the Top Event Venue in Mississauga for 14 consecutive years, we are well known for our high-quality food. Prepared onsite by our culinary team. Our Executive Chef is Italian and prepares authentic Italian and European menu options, specializing specifically in Italian, Portuguese, and Continental cuisines.

Mind blown.
We were beyond happy with Roma’s Hospitality Center! They made my wife’s wedding dreams come true. The food was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We were honestly expecting “banquet hall food” and were shocked with food comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Janet from the venue who helped us with all of our planning from start to finish kept telling us how good the food was, but we really took what she was saying with a grain of salt as we’ve been to SO many venues in the area for friends and families weddings and usually end up hitting McDonalds after due to food quality and quantity that you become accustomed to at banquet halls. We decided to not even do a menu tasting as we didn’t want to be disappointed going into the wedding lol and honestly just didn’t have the time to do it. When I tell you my jaw was on the floor when we walked in and experienced their Antipasto Station - I couldn’t believe the quality and quantity. When it came to the dinner I have never been more surprised in my life - the pasta sauce was unreal, the chicken breast was moist and flavourful, the steak was cooked exactly as we requested, the veggies were not soggy, greasy flavourless frozen veggies you get everywhere else. They were fresh, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Even there late night stations were set up to perfection and extremely generous varieties. Janet was great to work with, helpful and patient with our ever changing plans. The waiters & especially the bartender (wish I remembered their names) during our wedding were phenomenal and actually seemed to care about our wedding. Like I said... I’ve been to a lot of weddings in the area and it’s always been the same bad food and slow staff. So I went in with very low expectations based on what I’ve experienced at other venues (hopefully they don’t read this review lol). I’m really not a review guy but I was honestly blown away by romas and felt the need to share. Thanks so much romas you exceeded absolutely every expectation and seriously blew us away. Here’s hoping we get invited to another event there !!

Beautiful venue
Very professional and easy to work with. Had our ceremony and reception there and it was amazing. Everything ran smoothly and staff were great.

Made planning so much easier!
We came across this venue at a local wedding show and knew we had to see it. I can honestly say unlike other venues, the photos look exactly like the venue. We ended up booking after our first visit.
Prices were unbeatable, the staff was extremely helpful and the food was amazing.

From the moment we saw Roma’s back in 2015 we knew we had found our reception venue. We had shopped around a bit and couldn’t settle on a place that had a good look with a promising menu and price. The beautiful roman inspired details along with the gold accents throughout the hall went perfectly with our colour theme. We chose to do our wedding on a Friday (July 7, 2017), which significantly reduced the price per person. We also chose the catered Portuguese menu (as my husband is half Portuguese) and we thought this would best suit everyone’s palette. The staff at Roma’s are extremely friendly and understanding, any request or question we had they were on top of it and willing to help in any way. They did not offer tastings of the menu before we booked but because the quality of food was so important to us, we couldn’t book without tasting the 4-course dinner. So, they told us to come in, try the dinner, pay for it and they would credit us the money if we decided to book, which we did! They never went back on their word and we did get our $150 back for the meal. After making our deposits we were not really in contact with the hall until maybe a month before the wedding. We mostly dealt with Carolyn & Janet up until our wedding day and they were very prompt and helpful. Literally anything I wanted or any change I wanted to make they were ready to try and give it to me. The servers were great although we had a lot of people who did not show up without any notice and some people moving tables they dealt with all of it accordingly. The food was AMAZING and trust me when I say that because we love food. The chicken was juicy, the pasta was perfectly al dente, and everything was just delicious. They also allowed us to choose something other than white for our table linens, which was an added bonus. Also, we requested that we set up the day before and they accommodated us. I also requested to have another room outside of the dining area to hide while guests came in (I wanted my entrance to be a surprise and therefore I did not participate in a receiving line) so they opened up their office and let me hide in there! I have been to quite a few reception venues where the meat was not as juicy and the service was horrible or the bartenders did not know how to make cocktails or simple drinks and Roma’s surpassed all of these issues which shouldn’t happen in the first place. This place is amazing, I am dying to go back and do my wedding all over again…maybe a baby shower in the future? Who knows but I want to thank everyone at Roma’s for the amazing effort on July 7, 2017 the most exciting day of our lives!

Lea and I are thankful to Joe, his staff Janet and Jennifer, Albert and their wait staff for taking care of every little detail throughout the process. They exhibited professionalism and patience every step of the way. The feedback from our party loved the experience, the venue, and service. Some guests even mentioned that it was the best salmon they ever tasted.
With that said, we would never hesitate to have another party at your lovely venue. And we truly appreciate that you made our special day a spectacular one.

I did my wedding here February 8 2015. The food was good. They gave me the big room for a party of 150. Everything looked amazing. I rented my centerpieces from down the street at "The wedding project". The venue was very affordable. the food quality was delicious. The did try to accommodate everything. the owner was super kind. Keep in mind this was a sunday so the price was cheaper per head,.. and a winter wedding. I did only reception here.. not ceremony. But the cost was good for the quality. Just rememeber to have someone else help u set up. My sister did the running around as my planner and put my favours out and smaller things cause I don't think Romas has that service. But my wedding was wonderful. and location is beautiful and elegant inside.
