Best day of my life!
I just had my wedding at Roma's and it was the most magical day of my life! From the initial day I walked through the doors to leaving at the end of our Wedding it was amazing experience after amazing experience.
Everything we discussed and everything that was promised to us was delivered (even better than expected).
Roma's unlike some of our other vendors were very upfront about any and all items that were and were not included in my package. My husband and I started off with the most basic package until we had a better idea of all of our other vendor costs, and number of guests etc. It was really great to hear from...I just had my wedding at Roma's and it was the most magical day of my life! From the initial day I walked through the doors to leaving at the end of our Wedding it was amazing experience after amazing experience.

My husband and I started off with the most basic package until we had a better idea of all of our other vendor costs, and number of guests etc. It was really great to hear from Roma's this is how so many couples do it so as to not go over budget and that we can make all final menu upgrades and changes anywhere up to 2 weeks before the wedding.
This was so helpful to us because we were able to really go over all of our wants and needs and make our upgrades when we knew how much more room we had in the budget. We made all of our upgrades at our final meeting 3 weeks before the big day and Roma’s provided us with all of the costs and options during that appointment. I appreciate this flexibility because when we booked with them last year we really had no idea what we wanted to offer our guests with the menu selection. Reading through some peoples reviews with Roma’s this makes me wonder if that’s what some people say “hidden costs” and “price increases” are as I did not experience this at all. Of course my price increased at the end but that is because I increased my menu selections.
I experienced working with the kindest staff who always took the time to answer my millions of questions and genuinely cared to ensure my wedding went perfectly.

Best venue in the GTA
We had our wedding at Roma's Hospitality Centre, and it was absolutely fantastic! A friend recommended the hall, and we're so glad we chose it. The food was incredible, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it all night long. Forget “banquet hall quality”, these people really know how to cook!
The staff at Roma's are true professionals. Janet was an absolute pleasure to work with during planning and our dedicated event host was amazing, keeping everything on track and ensuring that everyone was well taken care of. The entire experience was flawless.

Mind blown.
We were beyond happy with Roma’s Hospitality Center! They made my wife’s wedding dreams come true. The food was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We were honestly expecting “banquet hall food” and were shocked with food comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Janet from the venue who helped us with all of our planning from start to finish kept telling us how good the food was, but we really took what she was saying with a grain of salt as we’ve been to SO many venues in the area for friends and families weddings and usually end up hitting McDonalds after due to food quality and quantity that you become accustomed to at banquet halls. We decided to not even do a menu tasting as we didn’t want to be disappointed going into the wedding lol and honestly just didn’t have the time to do it. When I tell you my jaw was on the floor when we walked in and experienced their Antipasto Station - I couldn’t believe the quality and quantity. When it came to the dinner I have never been more surprised in my life - the pasta sauce was unreal, the chicken breast was moist and flavourful, the steak was cooked exactly as we requested, the veggies were not soggy, greasy flavourless frozen veggies you get everywhere else. They were fresh, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Even there late night stations were set up to perfection and extremely generous varieties. Janet was great to work with, helpful and patient with our ever changing plans. The waiters & especially the bartender (wish I remembered their names) during our wedding were phenomenal and actually seemed to care about our wedding. Like I said... I’ve been to a lot of weddings in the area and it’s always been the same bad food and slow staff. So I went in with very low expectations based on what I’ve experienced at other venues (hopefully they don’t read this review lol). I’m really not a review guy but I was honestly blown away by romas and felt the need to share. Thanks so much romas you exceeded absolutely every expectation and seriously blew us away. Here’s hoping we get invited to another event there !! -

Wedding at Roma's
We had a beautiful wedding reception at Roma's Hospitality in the small ballroom. The food was delicious and all of the guests loved the space. ROMA'S HOSPITALITY IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VENUE. DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING/RECEPTION HERE. THEY LIE & MAKE PROMISES WHEN YOU VISIT. ONCE YOU SIGN AGREEMENT WITH THEM. The Worst Decision of My Life
I had my wedding at Roma's Hospitality Centre on June 2022. I initially chose the venue because it had two halls (both of which we intended to use) and because my cousin had her wedding there seven years ago and it seemed like a nice enough venue. I thought that the fact that the venue is an Italian family business would mean that they would be generous with their food, and be courteous and kind to their customers as they begin a new chapter in their lives, unfortunately, that was not our experience. After we signed the contract with them and the wedding day was only 21 days away, we received an email from them indicating that, "Effective immediately,...I had my wedding at Roma's Hospitality Centre on June 2022. I initially chose the venue because it had two halls (both of which we intended to use) and because my cousin had her wedding there seven years ago and it seemed like a nice enough venue. I thought that the fact that the venue is an Italian family business would mean that they would be generous with their food, and be courteous and kind to their customers as they begin a new chapter in their lives, unfortunately, that was not our experience. After we signed the contract with them and the wedding day was only 21 days away, we received an email from them indicating that, "Effective immediately, there will be a 20 – 30% rate increase on all final invoices". This of course translates into thousands of dollars that they were aiming to get from us in an unreasonable amount of time without enough notice. We met with them and discussed that in their own contract they stipulated that we must be provided with at least a 60-day notice before they increase prices. They refused to acknowledge this clause in their own contract. We were discussing other possibilities, but they were unresponsive to our emails and many calls for a long period of time as we waited for an answer regarding the possibility of them adjusting their "inflated price". The only reason they finally got back to us is because we went to see them at their office and demanded that someone speak to us. As a result of this unethical service, we had to hire a lawyer, incur a tremendous amount of stress and financial losses and end up hiring my own catering company to avoid working with their unprofessional administration. Booking with Roma's tainted my entire wedding day and caused me severe stress and financial losses. -

Will Go Back Again 10/10
I had my daughters champagne birthday here, and it turned out beautifully. The venue was clean, well setup and prepared for a great night. The food was also lovely, and the workers were very pleasant and helpful. Engagement party of my daughter and her fiancé
It was amazing party starting from the plan and arrangements done by Janet who was very professional and flexible in any changes made to the food or guests number, ending by the party itself with Albert who was there for us very helpful for any small thing during the party, everything was amazing and everyone was happy and impressed with the food and the service.
