We chose Science World’s Green Roof Terrace because it was beautiful and centrally located. What we didn’t know was that the staff would be generous, flexible, and thoughtful well beyond our expectations. They helped us with storing items, allowing us space for the wedding party to rest and regroup, rescheduled many times due to COVID, made sure we had access to anything we needed, and we’re absolutely a dream to work with.

Great friendly service. A hidden gem in Vancouver.

We loved having our wedding at Science World. Our guests said it was unique and amazing. By far one of the most expensive venues in the city at the end of the day, but if your budget is large it's worth every penny. With no kitchen facilities the caterers were extremely expensive having to bring in fridges and stoves, etc.. This resulted in about $10,000 extra charges on top of the cost of the food itself. Be cautious of your budget when you sign the contract. But like I said, if you have it, do it! The view is absolutely spectacular and the space is large and gorgeous. The staff was amazing and helpful and we could stop in to take photos, measurements etc whenever we needed to. We had so many people tell us it was the most spectacular wedding they had attended.

Our wedding and reception at Science World was amazing. The views of the sun descending over the city, and the moon in the sky as our guests mingled into the early evening, were stunning. Our guests are still talking about the beauty of the ceremony location on the rooftop, and the fun of the reception while dancing and exploring in Eureka! that evening.

We couldn't have asked for a better day. The stunning view of the city and the mountains offered the ideal backdrop for our event; our guests could not stop raving about this. The layout is perfect for hosting your ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner keeping it very convenient for everyone attending. The venue is SO unique that it made our day that much more memorable. The staff were gracious and Julio should be especially recognized for his anticipatory service and helpfulness. He went above and beyond so that we had little to do or think of ourselves. The pictures turned out beautifully throughout the day and into the evening. Thanks to SW for all there contributions - it was the MOST AMAZING DAY!

We had such an amazing time at Science World. From the amazing views on the green roof to the fun filled activities in the Eureka Gallery - it was hard to believe there was a wedding was going on in the midst of all that fun. Our guests said it was the coolest wedding they've ever attended. Julio and the Science World team were professional, quick, and friendly. We plan on visiting Science World every year for our anniversary :)

We were a bit hesitant at first when we booked Science World as our wedding ceremony venue as the cost was more than we had budgeted but it was the perfect location and so we went for it. From day one, they were extremely helpful and special acknowledgement goes to Wing-Kan and his team. In the months and days leading up to the wedding, Wing-Kan had been there to help me with getting schematics and details on what to do, offering excellent advice to help me plan out my day. On the day of, he and his team executed my arrival and entrance and even decor set-up and teardown perfectly! Most of my helpers didn't even need to do much since his team was so efficient! We paid the full amount even though we only needed the space for a short amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique venue that boasts a beautiful backdrop! In the end, we felt we got our money's worth and were very happy with our experience!
