St. Joseph's Banquet & Conference Centre is an Oakville-based venue that specializes in hosting weddings and other special events. This classic venue has 15,000 sq. ft. of space which is perfect for dinner and dancing at the reception while adjoining patios and a large courtyard turn the space into an outdoor experience if needed. It has a catering and event management team that can help you with those aspects of planning your wedding so the main components can all be achieved in one place.

Facilities and capacity

This venue offers 3 facilities with varying capacities. They include:

  • Main Hall: This is a large 6,000 sq. ft. space that features a large dance floor, elegant chandeliers, floor to ceiling window with plenty of natural light and an outside patio. It has a capacity for up to 500 seated guests
  • Pre-function: This area is perfect for cocktails before the wedding reception so you can welcome your guests as it leads into the Main Hall.
  • Trafalgar Hall: This is the venue's mid-sized space featuring wrap around windows and access to a large courtyard. It has a capacity for up to 120 seated guests
  • Maple Grove Hall: This intimate space also features wrap around window and access to the courtyard. It has a capacity for up to 60 seated guests

Perfect in every way!

St. Joseph Banquet hall was absolutely beautiful!!!! It felt like an absolute fairytale!!! The dance floor was huge and perfect for dancing the night away! The staff were so professional, accommodating and made the day so stress free! Mariana and her staff made us and our guests feel like we were the only people in the world. The food was delicious! Every guest left stuffed and happy! The drinks were top tier and just kept flowing!

Stress-free Fairytale

Like many others, we had rescheduled due to the pandemic. Mariana and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and understanding every step of the way. Food was absolutely delicious and everything went off without a hitch!
The neutral décor of the hall went well with the wedding theme and the front door looked impressive for guests to pull in to. We are so happy with our choice of venue!

Beautiful and Perfect Venue

We had our wedding reception at SJUCC Hall and could not be happier. From the beginning the event manager was great to work with - patient and quick to respond to questions. The venue itself is clean and beautiful with high ceilings and a window. The food was fantastic - both quality and quantity. The late night buffet and Kozak table were a HUGE hit amongst our guests. The service the night of the wedding was also great - professional and prompt. Would choose SJUCC Hall again if we had to and plan on hosting future events there!

Beautiful venue. Beautiful experiences!

I had the pleasure of having both my bridal shower (August 2017)and wedding (October 2017) hosted at St. Joseph's Banquet & Conference Centre this year. Since first meeting Mariana and touring the venue back in September of 2016, planning both events (along with Kseniia for my bridal shower) was a breeze! Decisions were made with confidence and if we wanted something a certain way, they were both more than accommodating.

I was first drawn to the venue for it's beautiful windows located in the main hall. They provide a lot of natural light and make the room feel so much more grand and open at night. On top of that, the high ceilings, chandeliers, and neutral decor make it a great space for any kind of event, but especially weddings.

The food for both events was delicious, and honestly, some of the best banquet food I have ever had. Even our guests loved it and still comment on it months/weeks after. The wait staff and bartenders were speedy, kind and attentive. We couldn't have been happier!

I highly recommend this venue, and hope that my family and friends choose it for their future events so I can go back!

We had the most amazing experience with St. Joseph's and Mariana was so helpful. We found the cost totally reasonable and we got a number of compliments on the food. The space is beautiful and it's so easy that much of the decor is included in packages. We were so happy we found this space.

Phenomenal staff, Mariana was great to work with. Everyone was incredibly friendly and flexible in accommodating for any of our special requests. The venue itself was spectacular and the food was great. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend.
