If you're searching for a wedding venue that combines elegance, charm, and exceptional service, look no further than the Stratford Country Club. The venue itself is gorgeous with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space.
What truly set our experience apart was our incredible wedding coordinator, Jessie. From initial planning stages to the day of the event, she was an absolute dream to work with. Jessie brought a level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail that went above and beyond our expectations. She listened to our vision, offered valuable insights, and ensured that every aspect of our wedding day went off without a hitch.
The staff at SCC also deserve a mention. Their service was impeccable, and their attentiveness ensured that our guests were well taken care of throughout the event. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Stratford Country Club is a top-notch wedding venue that, paired with the extraordinary skills of their coordinators, creates an unforgettable experience. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. -

As someone who's worked across Canada in corporate events, I've got a pretty good sense of what differentiates a good venue and venue manager from a bad one. From the first time I reached out Charlene and Jesse were extremely attentive and communicative. They never made me feel like a bother for asking questions or making special requests and they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident the day would be executed well. Leading up I did have to double check a few clauses/invoices but they were quickly corrected to match our mutual understanding. Char was my coordinator for the big day and she and her staff executed everything to plan. The venue was beautiful and they worked well with all my vendors and DIY elements to pull the night together. -

Stratford Country Club was the total package! The food was delicious, the grounds are beautiful, the ceremony and reception hall were stunning and the staff were beyond helpful! Plus our wedding coordinator made sure everything was perfect leading up to and on the day of the wedding. -

Beautiful venue and wonderful service
We decided on the SCC after attending a family member’s wedding there in December 2021. We worked mostly with Char and she was absolutely incredible! She was responsive to all of our inquiries, handled family members who were asking questions well, and ensured everything ran perfectly the day of the wedding! We also had our ceremony at the SCC in their gardens- absolutely beautiful! You don’t even need to decorate it!.
I come from a big Italian family, where good food is the key to life. Our families have not stopped raving about the food (especially the bread). We would choose the SCC again in a heartbeat and are so grateful to the wonderful staff, including Char, the cooks, and all the service staff who made our wedding a night we will never forget! Thank you! -

Such an amazing experience at Stratford Country Club for our wedding in May 2021. They made planning a wedding throughout a pandemic very smooth as they were super flexible and accommodating with anything and everything that we wanted. They elevated a lot of worry and stress throughout the wedding planning process. Even though it was not the day we original planned due to Covid, it was still an amazing day that we will never forget. They lived up to our expectations and more!! You will not be disappointed with this venue. They will make your wedding dream come true!!Stratford Country Club's reply:

Our wedding coordinator Isabelle and the staff of Stratford Golf and Country club were amazing!!! My day went off without a hitch and anything I mentioned or asked was done without question. Isabelle knew everything that was going on and checked in with me on a daily basis leading up to the wedding. Even with last minute surprises she accommodated everything! The staff was so helpful and warm and they were so relaxed with when we could come and get our decorations. Plus our guests LOVED the food, the rocket salad is a must have. My husband and I plan to come back on our 1 year to the lounge and relive this amazing day. Thank-you thank-you! -

My husband and I had such a pleasant experience with all the staff during the process of our wedding. From meeting our planner, Isabelle, right down to the morning after they were helpful and kind. They were so wonderful with every step of the way and we are so happy we got to work with them to make our day special.
