We take pride in spending time with each and every bride and groom to craft their own special wedding menu. Sure, we have preset menus to choose from, but ideally we create one that is what YOU want!

In order to create these menus we usually start with the following questions:

• What style of meal are you looking to offer? (Plated, buffet, family style, etc)
• What season are we looking at?
• What is your favorite protein, starch, and vegetable?
• Is there a large number of allergies or dietary needs coming?

From here we decided if we could combine your favorites, with what is in season (because we buy as much as we can from local producers) and use all your favorite ingredients. To often, we see peoples wedding meals not match the bride and groom, or their guests.

Here are some of our creations for past Bride and Grooms:

• Dinner started with fresh rolls on the table, with caesar and summer spinach salad served family style. Then slow roasted, hand carved roast beef with au jus, herbed chicken with a white wine and garlic cream sauce, a side of mixed harvest vegetables and roasted mini red potatoes are served plated to each guest. All guests we served both proteins on one plate. We finished dinner with a homemade cherry cheesecake, tea and coffee!

• A fun BBQ inspired buffet including; corn bread and fresh rolls, coleslaw vegie patch garden salad, bacon topped mac and cheese, baked beans, pulled pork, bbq chicken skewers and a baked potato bar. We opted for an awesome dessert table filled with squares, cookies, cakes, pies, chocolate covered strawberries and more!

• A classic family style served dinner just like at Moms on a Sunday; fresh rolls, garden and Caesar salad, then a plate full of glazed ham, herb roasted chicken, green beans and carrots with garlic mashed potatoes. Finished with a homemade apple crisp and ice cream, tea and coffee.

We almost always serve our guests appetizers during cocktail hour, and those options are endless. However, if you asked any of our guests, they would probably rave about our brie and sautéed onion burger sliders, light and easy capris bites, hand rolls antijitos or our crispy fired ravioli bites…. Just to name a few.

Finally, all great weddings finish with a great late night snack! We usually gauge the popularity of this by the lineups at the buffet. Poutine is always a sure crowd pleaser, as well as good old fashion pizza, and our famous taco bar!
