My husband and I had our wedding at Sunset Ranch in June 2022 and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. They have a dedicated ceremony space that is beautiful and well-maintained, and has colourful flower beds and many options for customizing to suit your wedding. Both of the indoor event spaces are stunning and each has its own “selling features.” We found it had to choose between the two because they were both very appealing but in slightly different ways. The indoor event spaces provide beautiful canvasses to decorate and customize as you please. The staff will even do the decorating and ”un-decorating” if you wish. This venue offers all the tables, chairs, linens, glasses, and other tableware that you will need, as well as a few decor items such as easels and wine barrels, so you don’t have to rent any of that stuff. They make it easy to put together your special events. Ashlea was our events coordinator and she was great to work with, and offered so much flexibility in customizing the spaces. All of the staff involved with our reception gave superb customer service. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, the food was excellent! We had a buffet dinner with three meats including a roast beef carving station with a very friendly carver who raved about the salmon and encouraged our guests to try it in addition to the roast beef. I regret not trying the salmon because everyone I talked to who did agreed that it lived up to its reputation. Our entire buffet looked beautiful and every dish that was served was of excellent quality, fresh, and delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue - everything from how pretty the spaces were, to how good the service was, and how good the food was. We also found the pricing to be entirely reasonable. In short, my husband and I highly recommend Sunset Ranch for weddings or any other events.

Sunset Ranch is not only a lush, beautiful golf course, but also a restaurant with delicious food. As a one-stop wedding venue, it is very impressive with it's stunning ceremony site with gazebo, and a newly renovated reception space. The venue offers gorgeous views and wonderful staff and wedding coordinator!

The people at sunset ranch made my day very special. They did my set up and take down and did an amazing job of making my wedding look fabulous. The food we had was amazing and we received many compliments. The space was perfect for our size of wedding. They did a very good job even though it rained all day, they put up tents because my heart was set on getting married outdoors. They were very patient with us. Would recommend this venue

We used Sunset Ranch as our wedding venue. Ashlea who works there helped me plan the whole thing. She was always glad to answer any of the questions I had. She kept in touch to explain the process and what to expect throughout the whole planning period. The venue itself is beautiful. The outdoor ceremony area was perfectly landscaped. They built a new arch this year which was beautiful. They provided us with golf carts to be able to drive around the grounds to take our photos. Inside we used the upstairs room with its own bar. The staff were super helpful and set all the tables, linen and chairs up. They moved wine barrels around, lit candles, anything we needed. All that was left for us was setting up décor. At the end of the night they collected all my decorations and set them aside for me to collect the next day. We did a Buffett dinner. The food was absolutely delicious! All of my guest raved about the food, some saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. All around, a wonderful venue and would highly recommend.

From inquiring, booking and planning to our magical day; the staff at the Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club where amazing... Lori made the entire process so effortless and she was very helpful and understanding with our requests!

Now the venue it’s self it perfect, we got married in the beautifully landscaped garden and had our reception indoors... our 90 guests fit comfortably and enjoyed having the freedom of the patio for the sunset!
Finally, the food was amazing! We have been receiving compliments for days about how good the two entree buffet food was and how accommodating they were with allergies and food restrictions!

I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding or any event at that!

Sunset Ranch Golf & Country club was the perfect location for our wedding day! Lori was amazing and answered every crazy and last minute question we had. The food was amazing and the talk of our wedding. The patio was perfect for cooling down and relaxing after being inside dancing on the dance floor. The service was excellent and the bar staff were top notch. So glad that we chose this location and it made our day even more perfect.

The service Kayla the wedding co-ordinator there was amazing. She responded to me emails almost the day of that I sent them. Super easy going very accommodating and helpful. Great advice and easy to meet up with.

Maria the chef went above and beyond with our food. We are vegan and she made a point of doing research and made some insane food. My guests were more then happy with the food which made us quite happy!!!!

The venue was gorgeous and very well organized the day off. Food was served quite well. Every table got there food at the same time so no one was sitting there without food. Great timing between or four course meal. I can’t say enough. Thank you thank you!!!

Fantastic place to have a wedding! Everything was so great from the staff and the food and the beautiful venue itself :) I had them set things up and take them down as well which was so nice and took off a lot of the stress! I would definitely recommend them!

I had 80 people at my wedding with 38 bucks per plate and a late night snack. 2 bottles of wine on each table and 4 on the head table. With 2016 pricing i had the reception fee waved and my total cost for the venue, food, set up/take down, juice fee and music fee was just shy of 5000.

Sunset Ranch was absolutely amazing! Sarah and Olivia made sure our day was 100% seamless. They answered probably over 1000 questions that we had leading up to the big day and always had a smile on their face. They decorated the place and it looked exactly as i had envisioned, maybe even better! Such a great venue and I would 100% recommend them!
