  Dream wedding

  From the moment we toured Swaneset, we knew we wanted to get married there. Right from the beginning, Holly was amazing at working with us to find a date that worked with our church. The whole resort is absolutely stunning and very well-kept. My favorite part has to be the stunning and large windows, the immaculate grounds, and the castle-like staircase. The mountains in the background make for the perfect photos as well. We had Melissa as our coordinator, and she was also fantastic. The whole process of planning was so easy. The menu and the food were perfection, and our guests were extremely impressed as well. I especially loved the mashed potato bar and the Cesar salad .I honestly could go on for days about how perfect this venue is. Their prices and portions are also extremely fair. Overall, our experience was a 12/10.

  Elopement at Swaneset

  Wow, I am still speechless. My husband and I eloped at Swaneset a couple days ago and are still blown away with how amazing it was. Michelle Vincent made the whole process leading up to the big day and day of as stress free as possible. We couldn't believe how gorgeous the venue was when we arrived. Michelle and Swaneset exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend signing up for one of their elopement packages.

  Narisa is a rockstar! Amazing venue

  We had the most incredible experience at Swaneset for our wedding! Despite it raining on our special day, our coordinator, Narisa, was an absolute superstar. She was beyond organized, calm, and accommodating, helping us navigate any last-minute changes with grace and professionalism. Her attention to detail and ability to keep everything running smoothly despite the weather was amazing. Swaneset's stunning venue and Narisa’s exceptional support made our day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect team to bring our wedding vision to life!

  Beautiful setting and exceptional service

  Our daughter was married at Swan E Set on Sep 29 and it was amazing. From the beautiful ceremony on the Birch Terrace to the cocktail hour and reception. The Venue is stunning. The staff are accommodating and Melissa, our wedding coordinator, was available and receptive through the whole process and present during the event. It was a wonderful day in a beautiful setting!

  Gorgeous venue

  Melissa, our event coordinator worked well with us to ensure all details of our wedding were taken care of. On the day of our wedding, everything well smoothly as Melissa and the staff worked with our personal coordinators to ensure a seamless ceremony and reception. We loved the venue from the day we saw it, from the floor to ceiling windows, chandeliers and beautiful entrance with the trees, it was amazing all around.

  Melissa, our event coordinator worked well with us to ensure all details of our wedding were taken care of. On the day of our wedding, everything well smoothly as Melissa and the staff worked with our personal coordinators to ensure a seamless ceremony and reception.   Our Fairytale Engagement Party

  We had our most beautiful engagement party at Swaneset. We loved everything about the venue - the breathtaking views, the gorgeous bridal room, the exceptional food and service, everything was just perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests after the event and they all mentioned that they have never seen a venue this pretty, I would highly highly recommend Swaneset to anybody who is looking for a venue for their event. My fiance and I also stepped out on the golf course for a pre-engagement shoot and the photographs have turned out soo dreamy. I would like to thank the entire staff and crew of swaneset and special thanks to Michelle, who was our event manager and made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted and managed the event beautifully.

  Great Venue for Dream Wedding

  The space outside for the ceremony was absolutely perfect, with the mountains in the background. Reception on the 3rd floor was spacious, with a spectacular view of the golf course/ mountains through the large floor to ceiling windows. Very minimal decor was needed, as the room was elegant as is. The buffet dinner was great, the only complaint we had, so that there weren't servers going around and filling glasses with wine. Many of our guests were waiting between 15-20 min before their glasses were topped up. Sam our day of coordinator was great. Throughout the process of communicating over email to the day of wedding, she had been so helpful. Anything that we needed, she was able to provide for us, including a last minute change of needing a table for our projector to play our slideshow. She was just on top of everything, and we are so thankful that we were able to work with her. All in All an unforgettable day for us, thanks to Swaneset !

  Our Happily Ever After!

  My husband and I had our wedding at Swaneset Bay Resort and Country Club on August 15, 2024 and the minute we stepped foot into the clubhouse, we fell in love with this beautiful golf course! Narisa was our event coordinator and without her, we truly could not have planned the wedding that we did! She was so incredibly organized, responsive and she made everything run smoothly on the big day! We can't say enough great things about Narisa and this amazing wedding venue! Thank you to Narisa and Swaneset for making our wedding day, the best day ever!! :)

  Has everything you need!

  We got married at Swaneset this summer and as soon as my husband and I toured this venue for the first time, we knew it was the one. The venue itself is stunning with so many different backdrops for photos, your wedding gallery is guaranteed to be beautiful. We loved the various outdoor ceremony options or the backup plan to be able to hold the ceremony indoors in case of rain. You can't taste the food ahead of time, but we were consistently told by every vendor and guest who had been there before that the food is really good! And they weren't wrong! The biggest downside for us was the distance from Vancouver, where the majority of our friends and family were coming from. But after seeing the venue, our guests were convinced it was worth the drive. Bonus points as well for accessibility: they provide a shuttle service from the parking lot to the ceremony site using golf carts prior to your ceremony. There is also an elevator in the building, which is great for some older guests as the venue can have many stairs. We would definitely recommend this venue!

  Incredible experience, reliable team

  We just hosted our wedding there over the May long weekend, and I really can't say enough great things about them. Our whole experience with them through this last year has been unparalleled and I've been part of several weddings at different venues these past years and Swaneset just really delivers everything you need.
