  October 2024 Wedding

  Terrace was one of our last venues we checked out and as the saying goes, we saved the best for last. From the moment we walked in we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding reception in. Rob and Marilu were absolutely amazing to work with. They were extremely helpful and responsive, they answered every single question (there were many). Ian the floor manager the night of dealt with our guests and dietary requests. We had some guests not sit according to the floor plan and Ian and his team pulled it off so easily and seamlessly. The night went on and all our guests were accommodated, we got many compliments about the professionalism of the waitstaff, the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly and helpful everyone was. The food was absolutely fantastic the comments from our guests were that everything was cooked to perfection, the presentation was excellent and the taste was delicious. Our night was absolutely perfect, all our guests were extremely blown away by how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the event was. We highly recommend terrace for your next event, we’re so glad we picked them for our wedding.

  Our Oct 2024 Wedding

  We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Marilu, Rob, Ian and the rest of the Terrace team! From the moment Rob assisted us in securing Terrace as our event venue, we knew we were in good hands. Marilu was an absolute dream to work with! We appreciate Marilu's prompt email responses and patience throughout the process of answering the million questions we had. We always felt comforted speaking with Marilu. Marilu's attention to detail is truly admired. Ian managed our wedding smoothly on the big day and we are grateful for his check-ins throughout the night. Overall, the food and newly renovated event space was stellar! We recommend the Terrace to all couples looking for a modern event space, great food and friendly staff.

  Excellent Experience

  Everything that the Terrace put together for us for the day of our wedding was incredible! The food, the staff, the service was nothing short of spectacular. Our celebration was amazing and it was all thanks to the team at the Terrace. Thank you!

  Amazing venue and super helpful and professional team!

  We really enjoyed our experience at the Terrace. thank you for making our night that so special and enjoyable! Also, the planning and pre-event service was top notch and not stressful at all!
  
  Some things to note:
  
  - everybody in the team, from managers to planners and waiters were very great to work with. It is such a great venue, we received a lot of positive comments from friends and family about the hall, the ceremony set up, as well as the reception set up. Managers were extremely nice and accommodating. always available to assist us wherever and whenever needed. For example we needed some more chairs at the ceremony in the lobby because more people than invited showed up, and Ian made it happen right away.
  We also appreciated the fact that the managers advised us proactively about the delays depending on other vendors, just to keep us informed.
  
  We do have friends that asked us about Terrace and we will definitely recommend it.

  We had both our ceremony and reception at Terrace on August 3, 2024 and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience! The team at Terrace made our planning process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we were stress free on our wedding day - Marilu was a dream to work with! From the moment we first walked in, we were impressed by the elegant ambiance and meticulous attention to detail. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our special day was perfect. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that left our guests raving. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch banquet hall experience!

  So Perfect!

  Had our reception there on June 22. Let me tell you.. the food, the service, the staff were AMAZING! They took such good care of us. Shout out to Rob and Marilu. You guys always answered any questions we had and made sure everything was perfect. The floor manager who was in charge of our wedding last night, thank you for being so great with everything. You ensured my husband and I had a good evening and always checked up on us to make sure things were okay. Thank you Terrace banquet centre for making our wedding day extra special!

  The Best of the Best!

  From beginning to end, the staff and management made planning our wedding at The Terrace a seamless experience. To sum everything up, communication was always easy and prompt, the food was LEGENDARY to us and our guests, and the wait staff was hands on throughout the event. The Terrace should be the venue that any couple getting married hosts their reception!!!

  Memorable Wedding Night @ Terrace! - Oct 21, 2023

  The wedding day was truly a day to remember for us and our family and friends! Our wedding took place in the beautiful Hall 3, which has its own separate entrance near the gazebo area. The hall fit 160 guests comfortably, and since it is its own separate room (not separated by a divider from the main room) we did not hear the other event happening in the other hall, which was perfect. Thank you Marilu for making the planning process so seamless and enjoyable! She was so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to our requests/inquiries with quick correspondence. The day of the wedding, Ian executed the plans and worked with our wedding coordinators collaboratively to ensure that the night flowed smoothly. We heard so many compliments about the food, as well as the friendly staff that delivered the meals/drinks. We are so grateful that we went with Terrace Banquet Centre for our Wedding!
