Established in 1882, The Albany Club offers a heritage-designated and fully accessible wedding venue that boasts traditional and classical style in the heart of downtown Toronto, Ontario. With its elegant interior and timeless architectural design, the club is a historic jewel, perfect for any social, private, or corporate event.

Offering the highest standard of service, The Albany Club prides itself in being an all-inclusive wedding and event destination, offering elevated and customizable catering, impressive bar selection – including an onsite sommelier - professional staffing, tables, chairs, linen, rentals, sound, lighting, and more!
In addition, The Albany Club offers onsite accommodations with six guest suites – perfect for wedding parties looking for a good night’s rest and an onsite Bridal Suite.
PRIVATE ROOMS
With six private rooms – able to accommodate seated dinners of up to 160 guests and cocktail receptions of up to 200 guests – The Albany Club offers an impressive selection of character-filled spaces.
Wedding couples receive exclusive use of the venue on weekends.
Our Main Dining Room offers grandeur – a warm and elegant space with historic structural features, including double-height stained-glass windows, a unique carved ceiling, original oak wainscoting, a balcony, and a dais.
The Sir John A. Room is a striking room with character and architectural interest – a built-in marble bar, high ceilings, and chandeliers give this room an intimate yet captivating appeal. This room is often used for Cocktail Hour or for smaller weddings.
In addition, our Fairclough Room, Prime Minister’s Suite, Premiers Suite, and Rooftop Lounge offer an abundance of space for use as a Bridal Suite, Groomsmen’s Lounge, or stunning backdrops for photos.

5 stars just isn't enough!! :)
Here’s a quick summary of my thoughts :)
Building: You also get the WHOLE building to yourself, including a beautiful rooftop patio, which our guests were free to use at any time during the reception. We received so many compliments on the space, everyone just loved it. So many photography opportunities too! And despite being in the heart of the city, it’s super quiet inside – it’s nice to have such a calm and tranquil space amidst the busy environment of downtown.
Food: DELICIOUS!! We also got a ton of compliments on the food, I’m still getting feedback on the steak and risotto. People left very full and very happy 😊. Chef Jay is world class and we were not disappointed! The meal was amazing. Thank you Chef!
Budget: Reasonably priced when you compare this stunning venue to other more common places to get married in the city. Some venues charge an absolute fortune, but the Albany Club was affordable and you get SO much bang for your buck!
Staff: Everyone was outstanding. The wait staff were extremely pleasant and courteous during the whole reception. Emalee and Jon bent over backwards to help make our day special, among the other amazing staff members who tended to us while we were setting up and getting ready in the morning too. Thank you all!
