All I can say is WOW! We recently celebrated the most magical wedding at the Avenue Banquet Hall, filled with joy, laughter, and fun. A heartfelt thank you to Julia, Bar, and the entire team for creating such an unforgettable evening.
The team at the Avenue deserves endless praise. From day one, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. They thought of everything we didn’t, guided us through the planning process, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Everything was top notch. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience. The food is AMAZING!

Exceptional – A true 5-star experience!
We recently had our wedding reception at the Boulevard Private Event Space and couldn’t be happier with our decision! Julia, Bar and Emil were amazing to work with, as they were all extremely flexible, professional, transparent, and responsive to all of our many inquiries. Their wealth of experience in event coordination were apparent and made the planning process so much easier and less stressful.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food – from the mouthwatering wide selection of hors-d'oeuvres, to the perfected 4-course plated dinner in exact accordance to our guests dietary restrictions and preferences, to the wide array of delicious desserts on the sweets table – everything was absolute perfection.
The service was exceptional as well – the bartender made our signature really drinks come to life. He was amazing at being quick and efficient throughout the night, and every single drink made was delicious. The wait staff and security were also extremely pleasant, professional and treated our guests with the utmost courtesy. The team truly cared for the success of the night, hats off to both the front and back of the kitchen!
Our guests loved the intimate, yet spacious nature of the venue. The ambient lighting package made for stunning photos and videos and set the tone beautifully during various events throughout the night. The addition of the A/V technician was the right choice.
One of the biggest surprises of the night was the re-location of the bridal suite room from near the front entrance to closer to the washrooms. We were so extremely grateful for expedited construction of this as it fully opened up the room and allowed for a more spacious flow in accordance to our floor plan.
The team at The Avenue offered us kindness and consideration that was truly beyond our expectations and made our wedding reception an unforgettable experience. We would book the Boulevard Event Space again for future events without hesitation and would highly recommend this venue to anyone; it really doesn’t get better than this!

We had the privilege of hosting our wedding at the Avenue Banquets, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Julia was transparent with pricing, ensuring that the price was all-inclusive—there were no hidden costs or surprises. This level of honesty and integrity gave us confidence and peace of mind as we planned our special day.
Julia was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. No matter how many queries we had (and there were many!), they always provided prompt, thorough, and friendly responses. This made the planning process smooth and stress-free, allowing us to focus on the joy of our upcoming celebration.
What truly sets the Avenue apart is their attention to detail and genuine investment in the success of our event. The staff cared about every aspect of our wedding, ensuring that each detail was meticulously planned and executed. They went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, ensuring everything was just as we imagined, if not better.
It was important to us to have Chinese banquet catering at a beautiful western venue, and the Avenue delivered. They seamlessly integrated the catering into their stunning setting, providing a perfect blend of cultural tradition and elegant ambiance that impressed all our guests. Additionally, having a private area for our cocktail hour and ceremony was a major plus, providing an intimate and exclusive atmosphere that allowed us and our guests to fully enjoy each moment without any interruptions.
Our wedding day at the Avenue was perfect, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team who worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. If you are looking for a venue that combines transparency, responsiveness, and a heartfelt commitment to making your event special, we wholeheartedly recommend the Avenue Banquets.
