The Fenlands Banff Recreation Centre is a wedding venue located in Banff, Alberta. The recreation centre takes its architectural cues from the surrounding forests and mountains with its glass and wood details.

The venue, surrounded by magnificent views of Mount Rundle and Cascade Mountain, offers plenty of chances to enjoy the Rocky Mountain scenery. A perfect setting, featuring a great choice of event spaces with varying capacities, The Fenlands is ideal for indoor and outdoor events. No matter the setting, the venue is surrounded by wildlife, and it is not uncommon for there to be sightings of deer, elk, bears, and more traversing the landscape.

Facilities and capacity

The Fenlands Concourse venue is available from May to September. The lounge, Meeting Rooms, and outdoor ceremony locations are available year round.

If you are holding an outdoor ceremony, The Fenlands Meadow is ideal. The secluded space can accommodate up to 200 guests and the facility has ample parking. The Fenlands Concourse, which overlooks the Meadow, is a spacious and modern hall that can accommodate events of up to 200 guests.

The Fenlands also has a spacious and comfortable lounge with bar facilities, ideal for hosting cocktail hour functions, social gatherings, and receptions for up to 80 guests.

The Fenlands is also home to two beautiful and spacious meeting rooms which can be used for bride and groom preparations or for small elopements. The meeting rooms can accommodate up to 40 guests (available year-round)

The Fenlands team can also support you with booking outdoor local venues such as the Tunnel Mountain Reservoir and Central Park Gazebo.

The services offered include custom floorplans, event tables and chairs, and bar services.

• Tunnel Mountain Resivoir - $255 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Concourse Day rate - $1,664 for 12 hours.
• NEW Concourse Midweek/Non-Stat Day Rate - $1,300 for 12 hours.
• Lounge Day rate - $541 for 12 hours
• The Fenlands Meadow - $339 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Central Park Gazebo - $240 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Bartending service for 100 persons - $250 for 6 hours.
• Bartending services for 150 persons - $350 for 6 hours.
• Bartending services for 150+ persons - $400 for 6 hours.
• Pipe & Drape - $100 per day
• Projector - $25 per day
• Projection Screen - $21 per day
