Facilities and Capacity

You can begin your day in the dedicated get-ready suite, allowing you to start your festivities in total relaxation. This magical location features a stunning ceremony site, allowing you to exchange your vows on the property. Multiple event spaces are available, ranging in size to accommodate your needs. You can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a sit-down reception in the main event hall. This space features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flow through and illuminate your celebration. There is plenty of space for a dance floor and after-dinner entertainment, allowing you to celebrate well into the evening.

Small wedding in Bickford House

I cannot recommend The Guild Inn, particularly the Bickford House and Terrace enough. We had a small 50 person ceremony and reception here. The food was absolutely incredible—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it and the generous portion sizes. The event space was breathtaking, especially the tented terrace and outdoor area (Guild Inn Park), which provided a gorgeous backdrop for photos and a great place for guests to stroll during cocktail hour and throughout the evening.

On top of that, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and we felt completely at ease throughout the day. For planning the event, Priyanka our event coordinator was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries. Thank you Guild Inn Estate for making our wedding truly unforgettable!

Perfect is the word for this venue

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew it was the ideal venue for our big day. The gardens and grounds are simply breathtaking, providing a stunning and romantic backdrop that left our guests in awe. Every photo we took was picture-perfect, and the setting truly added something magical to our celebration.

But it wasn't just the beauty of the venue that made our day so special—it was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless. From the warm welcome we received to the seamless coordination throughout, the team at The Guild Inn made us feel so well cared for. A special shoutout goes to our event coordinator, Priyanka Kamia, whose dedication and organization made everything feel effortless. She truly was a joy to work with and brought our vision to life with amazing attention to detail.

We honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect experience for our wedding day, and we’re excited to recommend The Guild Inn Estate to anyone planning a special event. If we could do it all over again, we would choose The Guild Inn in a heartbeat! We’re even hoping to return for future celebrations because it left such a lasting impression on us and our guests.

A Dream Wedding Venue!

This venue is absolutely stunning. The lush gardens, enchanting architecture, spacious ballroom, and breathtaking views created the most magical atmosphere for our ceremony and reception.

Natalie & Silvana were a pleasure to work with. Every detail was taken care of, from the seamless coordination with our vendors to the impeccable service on the big day. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment.

Our guests are still raving about the delicious food & the gorgeous venue. Would definitely recommend The Guild Inn Estate for your wedding! 10/10

Guild Inn was the perfect venue!!

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at The Guild Inn Estate this October, and it was an unforgettable experience. The event manager, Natalie, was outstanding from start to finish, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, Judy went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran flawlessly, taking incredible care of us and our guests. The entire staff went above and beyond for us, making sure every detail was perfect. The food was fantastic, with generous portion sizes that left everyone satisfied. Huge shout out to the entire team for their amazing work. Highly recommend The Guild Inn Estate for anyone planning a special event!

Picturesque Wedding

We recently had our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate on October 11th, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the experience was! I had seen the grounds at Doors Open Toronto and the exterior of the venue and knew I wanted to get married here. The picturesque surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.
Our details coordinator, Priyanka, was an absolute gem. Despite the hectic wedding season, she was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our emails and questions. Her dedication made a world of difference in alleviating any stress we had leading up to the big day.
Sylvano, our banquet manager, was amazing! Along with Priyanka and our wedding coordinators, they ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Their teamwork was evident, and it truly allowed us to enjoy every moment without a hitch.
Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the surrounding parks. The quality of the food was also outstanding, receiving rave reviews from everyone.
Overall, The Guild Inn Estate provided us with an unforgettable wedding experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting or a more dedicated team. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host their special day!

Great event space & service!

The Guild Inn Estate was absolutely stunning, with elegant décor and a spacious layout that made our wedding guests feel sophisticated but at the same time comfortable.

Guild Inn Estate staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from the moment we toured the venue all the way to our wedding day. And I believe a special shout to the following people is necessary.

Ainsley Batemen, our sales manager was incredibly reassuring and accommodating, making the process of securing the venue a breeze. Their attentive support and willingness to discuss options truly made us feel valued and excited about our special day.

Priyanka Kamia, our events manager provided excellent customer service, consistently going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. With superb communication skills and a genuinely accommodating attitude, they made the planning process seamless and enjoyable.

Elizabeth, our banquet manager showcased superb service skills, ensuring that every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented (which was complimented by all of our guests). Their attentiveness and ability to make us feel comfortable throughout the event truly elevated our special day to an unforgettable experience.

From the beautiful ambiance to the flawless service, our wedding was truly magical thanks to this amazing venue and staff. I highly recommend booking at the Guild Inn for your wedding!

Beautiful Venue & Amazing Staff

Planning our wedding at the Guild Inn Estate was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. The Guild Inn Estate’s stunning architecture and beautiful gardens captivated us immediately.

Our event details manager, Natalie, was exceptional to work with and responded with our concerns/questions in a timely manner. We had last minute changes and she was able to quickly accommodate with no hesitations. On the day of the wedding, Judy and Suman were nothing short of amazing. We felt taken care of every step of the way, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day.

We really loved how our guests were able to enjoy the indoor ceremony followed by a lovely reception in the outdoor space. The combination of indoor and outdoor areas allowed for a beautiful flow and an unforgettable experience.

Overall, our experience at Guild Inn was unforgettable! We highly recommend Guild Inn Estate to any couple looking for a stunning location and a stress-free planning experience!

Amazing!

Guild Inn Estates made our wedding day perfect! The Gazebo ceremony was beautiful, and the cocktail hour was a hit with all our guests—fantastic appetizers and drinks, plus plenty of room for mingling. The reception hall was breathtaking, and the food came out hot and in huge portions! We’ve had so many compliments about how tasty it all was. The lighting and DJ kept the party going all night. We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue!

Such an amazing venue!!

The Guild Inn is such a beautiful venue! I had my bridal shower there and Shelly and Natalie were great and always replied right away. Judy the event manager was also a wonderful help. Would 100% recommend for your next event.

Perfectly Perfect


The service we received at the Guild Inn Estate was nothing short of perfect.
Weddings are STRESSFUL and the entire process with this venue was the opposite.
We had been cared for by 3 separate details managers and each one gave us 110% of their time and energy.

We had asked for honest feedback in some of our ideas, and at no point did we feel like we were being “sold” a vision beyond ours.

The responsiveness of the staff leading unto our wedding was quick and professional. They always answered our questions with patiences and kindness ( we asked a lot of questions! )

ON THE DAY-
Everyone raved about the venue and its beautiful gardens, the ceremony space, and especially the reception space.
The venue itself is perfect if you want an all-stop-shop for your guests. The park is an extra bonus for great photos!

The staff was BEYOND exceptional. We actually felt like VIPs and so did our guests. Every guest was tended to with efficiency and respect. All the bar tenders were SO FUN and made really great cocktails and gave great service ( we love our drinks so this was very important ) . Now...the food. BLOWN AWAY. Its hard to give every guest at a 200+ person wedding hot food- but they did it. Everyone received their meals HOT and they tasted even better than we remembered.

For reference we ordered the following for our wedding menu and literally every item was a 10-
Appetizers :Baby Arugula & Butter Lettuce, Roasted Beets, Sweet & Spiced Pecans, crumbled Goat Cheese with a Rose Champagne Vinaigrette. AND Butternut Squash Agnolotti in a Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce.
Entrée: Bone-in Short Rib, Braised in a Red Wine Reduction . OR Chicken Supreme Stuffed with Spinach, Mushroom and Goat Cheese with a Grainy Mustard Cream Drizzle.OR Bento Box Braised Tofu, Tempura Vegetables, Glass Noodles & a Seaweed Salad
Dessert: Lemon Italian Torte, Layered Lemon Cake with a Creamy Mascarpone and Lemon Curd Filling
Late Night, Dessert table, Seafood Buffet ,Popcorn Cart ( THE GUESTS LOVED THIS)
