Exchange your wedding vows in the romantic setting of The Hamptons Golf Club. Suitably located in northwest Calgary, it features 6,869 yards of flawlessly manicured fairways and greens that serve as the perfect backdrop for a fairy-tale wedding. The Hamptons Golf Club is located around 14 kilometers from the Calgary International Airport. It is just seven minutes from Hidden Valley, Calgary.

Facilities and capacity

The gorgeous banquet room at the club is ideal for hosting cocktail receptions, buffets, and plated course dinners. Covering an area of 2,500 square feet, it has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 50 to 160 guests. It features magnificent windows that overlook the lovely course ponds. A beautiful garden patio is also perfect for hosting outdoor weddings. It can easily entertain up to 200 guests.

The perfect vendors

Wow… I can’t even begin to explain how incredible this venue was with us! Right from the first message we knew we were in good hands. The entire team was wonderful at communication and helped our vision come true. They had very competitive pricing and excellent packages which was amazing. A huge shout out to Terrie, who went above and beyond for our big day. If this venue is a contender for you, DO IT!!!

Can't pick a better venue

Karen, the event coordinator from the golf course, is absolutely amazing. She was professional, flexible, and she is very transparent with every payment. The food was also amazing. To this day, my guests still talk about how delicious the food was!

Great place to get married

We got married at the Hamptons this past august. We did have to postpone from 2020 to 2021 due to covid. Misha and Elizabeth were amazing to work with, and it was easy to move dates. The venue was stunning and everything came together. Also, the food was amazing and our guests are still talking about cocktail hour and the prime rib we served. It was nice being able to set up our decorations the night before, and the Hamptons took down our decorations for us to pick up the next day. Overall I would recommend the Hamptons.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was PERFECT!
The decor looked amazing in the golf club, all our guests were very impressed by the club.

Misha worked closely with us for over a year to note and perfectly execute all the details of our big day.

Liz went above and beyond for us! She helped with set up and take down and was absolutely outstanding. She was always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and worked with me and our coordinator to ensure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be. She was extremely easy to communicate with, she gave us her number to text her if we needed anything. She was so amazing and really contributed to how perfect our day was.

A hugh Thank you to Misha and Liz and all that the staff had done for us. The Hamptons Golf Club is an amazing venue with incredible staff. Our big day was everything we imagined it to be and much more. And our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was!

Ceremony and Reception were beautiful...but....

Do not misunderstand. Our overall ceremony and reception went beautifully. The location was gorgeous and well maintained, we were given full access to changing areas and food was delicious. The problems came the day after. We were assured in our contract that NOTHING in our room would be touched until we came to pick up our items at noon the next day. However when we arrived we learned that nearly all of our flowers had been thrown out, lights were missing and things overall were moved. The staff was highly unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints and we are still waiting on our compensation (over a month) which we had to strongly convince them to pay (which isn’t even half of what we actually paid for the damaged/thrown out items). Not to mention the serving of alcohol to minors during our reception.
