Located in the historic Students’ Union Building on the University of Alberta Campus, the Horowitz Events Centre houses several exceptional venues to accommodate your ceremony and reception: Dinwoodie Lounge, The Atrium and Plaza, and Room at the Top. Our modern event spaces are equipped with everything you need for a seamless event.

As an all inclusive event space, the Horowitz Events Centre provides professional on-site venue management, first-class catering, fully serviced bars, experienced event staff, integrated AV/sound, and banquet furnishings. We would also be happy to provide a curated list of recommended vendors that will help you achieve your vision for the big day.

Catering & Bar Service

Our experienced catering team delights in crafting delicious fare! Our plated dinners are carefully curated to impress your guests, and you are welcome to choose your favourites if you would prefer a buffet. We also offer a wide selection of hors d'oeuvres, grazing boards, action stations, and midnight snacks to complete your day.
