So happy we chose the Manor!

We are so happy we chose the Manor for our big day! We saw several venues - but we fell in love with Alexander Hall at the Manor as soon as we saw it. We just knew we had to get married there!
In terms of what you pay for - The Manor is really up there in value. Other cheaper venues do not have the grounds and beautiful windows that the Manor has which was a must for us - and you get what you pay for in terms of incredibly attentive staff and amazing food. A lot of our guests said it was the best if not some of the best wedding food they had ever...

We are so happy we chose the Manor for our big day! We saw several venues - but we fell in love with Alexander Hall at the Manor as soon as we saw it. We just knew we had to get married there!
In terms of what you pay for - The Manor is really up there in value. Other cheaper venues do not have the grounds and beautiful windows that the Manor has which was a must for us - and you get what you pay for in terms of incredibly attentive staff and amazing food. A lot of our guests said it was the best if not some of the best wedding food they had ever had. One of our favourite parts of the night was a special 30 minutes sit down time me and my husband had in a secluded area eating a tray of special appetizers the kitchen made just for us! The staff were incredibly attentive always refilling our drinks and asking us if we needed anything. They were also so very accommodating to my dietary needs (vegan) and the dietary needs of our guests. I would highly recommended the Manor!

Could not have found a better venue!

We wanted a venue where we'd be able to host the whole day in one spot and would provide us with great food. We succeeded in finding that and more!
We each took our getting ready pictures in the bridal suite and were able to serve our families a brunch that was provided by the venue.
We got married under the tent by the lake and had our reception in Victoria Hall. It was raining that day and the ceremony was moved fully under the tent, which was great! We were still able to take some stunning photos outside as well.
During the cocktail hour, reception, and late night, our guests were served incredible food! We...

We each took our getting ready pictures in the bridal suite and were able to serve our families a brunch that was provided by the venue.
We got married under the tent by the lake and had our reception in Victoria Hall. It was raining that day and the ceremony was moved fully under the tent, which was great! We were still able to take some stunning photos outside as well.
During the cocktail hour, reception, and late night, our guests were served incredible food! We were able to add items, such as antipasto and pasta, to make it more traditionally Italian.
The Manor was exceptional at accommodating allergies for all of our guests without having them stray too far from the set menu.
As I also have allergies, when we were setting our menu, they gave us both the option to pick a completely different meal than our guests were being served!
As to our experience, we had a staff member, Dylan D, who catered to us all day and made sure we were fed and had what we needed. He was truly incredible. During the cocktail hour, they brought us our own tray of food, including a separate plate of food that would accommodate my dairy allergy! At the end of the night, Dylan also brought us a bag of sandwiches, chips, and water to take on the road with us.
Both La-Ray and Kari were wonderful in this whole process. Between them and the staff, they made sure our day was seamless.
I am so glad I picked The Manor for our venue.

Professional and Wonderful

The whole team at The Manor was amazing, starting with La-Rey, then Kari and Diane and Rachelle on wedding night, they guide you thru the process, calm you when you are having a meltdown and put up with bridezilla last minute changes. The venue is gorgeous, the food our guests can't stop raving about and the service impressed my very hard to please Italian father. He said he would definitely do another event here!

Amazing Wedding Experience; 100% Would Recommend

We are SO glad we booked the Manor for our July 2023 wedding. We had an extremely positive experience with absolutely every single staff member that we worked with – from our initial inquiry to the wedding night. The Manor exceeded every one of our expectations. Right from the initial booking, the staff were professional, organized, and transparent. They provided all the information we needed openly and clearly, without pressure. Throughout the planning process, they remained responsive and organized and helped keep us on track with our planning. The Manor exceeded every one of our expectations. Right from the initial booking, the staff were professional, organized, and transparent. They provided all the information we needed openly and clearly, without pressure. Throughout the planning process, they remained responsive and organized and helped keep us on track with our planning. Their clear processes and seamless transition between staff members turned out to be very valuable in keeping our planning organized and stress-free. The grounds of the Manor are absolutely beautiful and we were able to have our outdoor ceremony, pictures, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. The outdoor ceremony area has a tent (pre-planned protection in case of rain) and even has swans! We loved the unique vibe of the Manor building and got so many compliments on our choice of venue. The service was exceptional and the Manor staff checked in with us throughout the evening to provide food and drinks to the bridal suite, and anything we needed. They were very flexible and accommodating. The Manor staff helped with all the key components of the wedding, including lining us up for the ceremony and grand entrances. Everything was seamless and flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. A special call out to Diane, Millie, Kari, and La-Rey for their amazing support, but with the acknowledgement that there were several others whose names we didn’t get, but were exceptional all the same! We are one hundred percent satisfied with our choice of venue and would recommend The Manor to anyone!

AMAZING Food, Service, Venue!

From beginning to end, The Manor impressed us with their attention to detail and passion for service. They have the entire process streamlined. The hardest part is choosing from the multiple wonderful options they offer to customize your day. The food was the best food I've ever received at a wedding. The venue was elegant, beautiful and the perfect backdrop for our day. As the bride and groom, we got to enjoy our day because the staff made sure our every whim was met. They were so attentive and made sure we were fed and hydrated.

Wedding was Beautiful, well organized & memorable

We would like to start with saying that our wedding was beautiful, memorable, well organized and indeed a successful event with the help of the Manor team. We had little to no time to prepare but everything went very smoothly because of their help.

Location was beautiful. The foods were delicious with good portions. The drinks had a good selection. The service and staff were excellent and very attentive.

We used the preferred DJ and Emcee of The Manor and we are happy we did because of how smoothly the program and service went. Our Emcee Tony kept everything lively.

We would like to start with saying that our wedding was beautiful, memorable, well organized and indeed a successful event with the help of the Manor team. We had little to no time to prepare but everything went very smoothly because of their help.

From the planning and booking, it was seamless and response is very timely. In the final appointment in-person meeting, every single detail of the event is covered which helps ensure nothing is missed.

From our rehearsal to our actual event - Kari, Diane and another coordinator helped ensure things are going smoothly. They directed what needed to happen, when and where to go etc... Diane was superb. She checked with us multiple times througout the day of our wedding, the same as the General Manager. The servers and all staff are great specially Daniella which was assigned as our personal waitress.

Our guests were very happy and impressed. Of course, we are as well. 😀

Dream wedding venue

What can we say… The Manor helped make our dream wedding a reality. The space is gorgeous, the grounds are breathtaking, the staff are superb, and the food is above and beyond. While the venue does seem to have a lot of rules on paper, they are actually very accommodating. We had a lot of special requests related to food (Kosher-style for all / Kosher for some guests) and Diane ensured all was possible. Diane is a true professional and made sure every last detail was accounted for. We were always at ease knowing she had our backs! The only challenge with The Manor was having to work with a couple of their mandatory vendors which were not as...

What can we say… The Manor helped make our dream wedding a reality. The space is gorgeous, the grounds are breathtaking, the staff are superb, and the food is above and beyond. We had a lot of special requests related to food (Kosher-style for all / Kosher for some guests) and Diane ensured all was possible. Absolute perfection!

We had our wedding at The Manor on August 6, 2022. We postponed from our original 2021 date because of the pandemic, and it was well worth the wait!

I was an admittedly difficult bride when it came to rescheduling the wedding because of COVID, but The Manor (especially Diane)...

We had our wedding at The Manor on August 6, 2022. We postponed from our original 2021 date because of the pandemic, and it was well worth the wait!

From our first visit and consultation with La-Rey in 2019, we were highly impressed with The Manor's service and professionalism. La-Rey was easy to speak to, patient, answered all of our questions, and even showed me photos of real weddings from her phone that I had not seen online so I could get a better idea of what the venue could look like on the actual wedding day. I was an admittedly difficult bride when it came to rescheduling the wedding because of COVID, but The Manor (especially Diane) handled things with grace.

Everything ended being absolutely perfect on the day of. We had our own day-of coordinator, but they provide their own floor manager and event coordinator who hold the highest standards and can keep things running on their own. I would still have my own day-of coordinator for things that happen pre-venue, but otherwise The Manor handles everything else that happens on their grounds.

The venue is absolutely beautiful. All of our photos were done on-site and were stunning. We had our ceremony on the rock cliff under the tent, photos on the rest of the grounds, and reception in Elizabeth Hall, which we transformed with our own floral and decor. There were lots of swans out on the big day. I also like that even though there is a golf course next to it, you don't have to worry about golfers, etc. being in the photos because they are way across the man-made pond.

Food was exceptional. We had numerous compliments about the food from our guests, who said it was the best they'd had at a wedding. It can be hard to do food well for large events, but The Manor pulled it off! We also did live sushi and peking duck stations through them for cocktail hour. Our dinner consisted of 4 courses (soup, salad, filet mignon and lobster tails, and dessert duo). Wedding cake and poutine stations were served as late night stations. Everything was devoured!

Overall, they are a full service venue who will make your day absolute perfection.

I only gave 4/5 for Flexibility based on the following: Guests cannot choose a main, so everyone will eat the same thing unless their are dietary restrictions which they will accommodate very well. Their argument for this is to ensure that the food is executed perfectly, as it can be difficult to ensure top quality when there are numerous mains to account for. This didn't bother us, but it may bother others. The other thing they were not flexible about is ceremony time because there are two other halls. The top floor one has its ceremony at 2:30, Alexander at 4 pm, and Elizabeth at 5:30. We would have preferred an earlier ceremony time, but it was worth it to do the Elizabeth Hall for the use of the grounds and our desired indoor/outdoor venue. As of August 2022, if you do a weekday wedding then you are guaranteed to be the only wedding that date and you can have more say in the ceremony time.

The perfect venue

My husband and I were amazed at how well everything turned out for our reception. Our guests had the most amazing time and everyone kept commenting on how amazing the food and service was. The venue itself was stunning and we could not have had a more perfect night. Thank you guys for everything.
