  Dream Wedding

  My wife and I recently had our wedding at Vancouver Club and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this venue.
  
  The wedding planning process can be daunting, but with the wedding packages they provide, as well as the step by step coordination by the in house coordinator Mykhaylo we felt we were able to go into our dream wedding stress free.
  
  Mykhaylo really went out of his way to ensure that all the fine details of our wedding were discussed and executed in a way that was elegant and memorable. The service and team work is second to none, and you can tell that this venue is experienced in housing weddings that match the highest expectations from any couple.
  
  Timeless is the first word that comes to mind when thinking of this venue, and for that reason I will probably be recommending this place to my children 25 years from now.
  
  An amazing night that my wife and I will never forget!

  Wedding Day

  Mykhaylo and the team at Vancouver Club are amazing!!! Their service is unmatched! They will make sure you have everything that you need. The food and service is amazing and the venue is beautiful. We are so happy with how our day turned out.

  Stress free venue

  We booked half day as the venue and a night prior to the wedding. Brittany was super accommodating in every aspect. She helped us coordinate the itty bitty bits in order for us to be as stress free as it can be - especially during times of covid. The Georgian room is beautiful.

  Fairytale venue

  The VC went above and beyond to make all of our dreams come true. They made us and all of our guests feel like royalty. Such a treat to host our wedding there. It will be one to remember for years and years to come!

  beyond pleased with VC

  Absolutely amazing service from first day of contact to after the wedding. The food was absolutely amazing!! Our guests cannot stop raving about the quality of food that vancouver club had. I mean who serves king crab and Dungeness crab at their weddings?? Delicious food, excellent service. My husband and I even had our own assistants who came and helped us grab food from the buffet. I've never ever had that service before. It was awesome because my dress was so heavy I didn't have to carry my own food! Beautiful and classy venue, excellent service, delicious high quality food!! Cannot stop raving about them.

  Amazing venue to work with. The service is impeccable and the staff was kind and helpful. It's slightly higher on the cost side but you get what you pay for in terms of service and food. The buffet was extremely well done and my guests are still talking about the prime rib and desserts. Would highly recommend.

  We had our wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom with cocktails and photos in Georgian Room. Beautiful, most highly sought venue for weddings in Vancouver and now we know exactly why. The interior has high ceilings with soft, very flattering lighting. Each room is unique and creates a perfect backdrop for photos. Celina saw to it that our evening was executed appropriately. She was even present and headed the serving staff that evening. Impeccable service and overall and incredible experience.

  I highly recommend the Vancouver Club! This building is timeless and beautiful. We wanted our wedding to be convenient for our guests and this venue did just that. We had our wedding ceremony in the University Rooms, our cocktail hour in the Georgian Room and then our reception in the Ballroom. We even had some of our family and guests stay in the hotel rooms located on the top floor. The food was really good and service was great. We didn't get to try too much of the food but our guests told us it was amazing. I specifically noticed the service and how wonderful they were. We worked with Katie in the catering department. She is wonderful to work with. She was always there to help and answer any questions. She is great at what she does! Actually all the staff at the Club make you feel welcomed and were very friendly and kind to us. We had a great experience and highly recommend this venue!!

  I only looked at one venue for my wedding, because I knew the Vancouver Club would deliver the look, value, and service I wanted for my wedding. And they delivered 100%. Their in-house wedding coordinator was a great resource, and very responsive. The tastings for food and wine was fun and very delicious - it made choosing our entrees way too hard! Day of, when we had unexpectedly hot weather, the venue looked after fans and other issues without me even having to ask. The Vancouver Club is also able to provide a lot - basic linens, cutlery, china, chargers, tables and chairs - which cut down on what we had to rent and allowed us to focus our budget on other things. Everyone was very attentive, accommodated all our requests and the day went off without a hitch. The Vancouver Club also has a floor of hotel rooms that we booked to get ready in, which made the whole day much less stressful. I would recommend this venue whole heartedly, and would use the Club again to celebrate any major milestones.
