Best View Ever
So happy we went with this venue ! We had a fantastic time and so did all of our guests . Highly recommend . Our wedding photos are fantastic . -

I felt like I hit the wedding planning jackpot with this venue. It's great value, and it's beautiful. No one knows about it, which is great because then your wedding and pictures aren't in the same place as someone else you probably already know. There's tons of parking for guests, and the loading in/out of your event is easy. Allison was also so wonderful; She was always ready to help, liaise with vendors, or offer a suggestion to me when I reached out for her expertise. We got so many compliments on the space and the food from Forage (the food was a huge, huge hit). It's a great, flexible space - especially if you get creative with it.
My only complaint, and it's minor, was the bartenders provided by The View opened up bottles of liquor (so they would be easy to open on pour later) in advance. By opening them early it meant we could not return the product to the liquor store. -

Stunning views, amazing staff, fantastic food, exceptional professionalism, and not enough wonderful adjectives to describe how the whole event turned out. Huge thank you to Allison for making it all so easy to organize, for providing support and ideas and doing so much of the planning on our behalf.
Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

In addition, during the set up and the event the entire Forage Catering team was fantastic. All of the staff truly went above and beyond. Everyone seemed to really care about the event, was professional, kind, helpful and friendly. The venue is great, the food was amazing, the crew was awesome and we could not have asked for anything different for our wedding. Highly recommended!! -

Maddy L. Sent on 23/09/2017I loved our wedding at the View. We had our ceremony on the patio overlooking the city of Vancouver and the reception inside. The View really does live up to it's name. They were great with letting up set up the day before and picking items up in the loading bay at a later day after the wedding. -

The view is a stunning locale for a wedding with amazing scenery, and a very modern and spacious interiors. The food was absolutely spectacular, and Allison was extremely helpful, responsive and flexible. -

Trisha Sent on 20/08/2016We had our Wedding Ceremony and the Reception at the View on Lonsdale. There is a reason why they call it - " The View", as everyone was mesmerized by the surroundings. But that was just one of the many things that us and our 170 guests were impressed by; The food catered by Forage was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. Also throughout the planning stages, Allison was always prompt in her responses and assisting us with any questions we may had. Our expectations were exceeded and we and our guests had such a wonderful time. Our big day wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for this venue and the hard work of their whole team! Thank you for everything. -

Sara T. Sent on 09/06/2016I can't say enough about The View on Lonsdale. As soon as we saw the space we knew that it was exactly what we were looking for. The entire planning process was so easy with Allison. On our actual wedding day I had so many comments from guests on how amazing the venue was, the fantastic service and the wonderful food. I truly believe our wedding would not have been the same at any other venue. As a wedding planner myself, I have very high standards and they surpassed them all! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
