Lindsay and her team made our wedding a success with no direction needed from us. They had the venue set up when we got there, they ran it professionally and we got so many complements on the décor, the service and the overall atmosphere

We had such an amazing wedding at Trillium Trails. Lindsay, the event coordinator is an absolute delight to work with to make your special day happen. I'm a DIY bride and made everything from the centerpieces to the decor and with provided pictures she was able to nail set up. the food and the atmosphere were amazing and the outdoor ceremony really just makes it even more romantic and special. I can't wait to attend the future weddings my friends are planning there after coming to ours. 10/10 would recommend!

To start, it’s a stunning location all year round. They have everything you need, from bridal room and a grooms getaway. But the best part about this place is 100% LINDSAY! A literal saint, I swear. She made everything go smoothly and I had no idea if there were any issues because she made sure that our happiness and satisfaction were priority. The food was great, the atmosphere was perfect, and the drinks were flowing! Couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator or venue.

Oh my goodness trillium trails BLEW away any expectations we had!! If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! I got married in November 5, 2022 and our wedding was PERFECT! Quite literally perfect. The venue was decorated to perfection. Lindsay the coordinator for trillium trails was top notch for the entire process. Lindsay and all of the staff worked so hard to do majority of the packing and clean up which we haven’t seen at another wedding. They worked so hard to clean and pack up the venue before the end of the night so everyone could have the most fun and least amount of stress. The staff were also very friendly and worked so hard to make the bride and groom and all of the guests happy. The staff were incredible. We had to postpone our wedding for a year due to covid and Lindsay made that process extremely easy. She put in so much love into helping make our big day the most beautiful day. We were blown away with how beautiful the setup was. The entire day went exactly as we wanted and Lindsay made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. She was right there working tirelessly to make sure everything went smooth and beautifully. We received a crazy amount of compliments on our venue choice and we are so beyond happy we had our wedding at trillium. We wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding. It was perfect. We had our ceremony outdoors and it was more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thank you a million times for everything Lindsay. You will forever be part of the reason why mine and Cody’s wedding went perfectly. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, we give Lindsay and trillium a 12/10!! ❤️❤️❤️

We got married at Trillium Trails in Oct 2022. I am so pleased with our choice of venue - it was a beautiful spot and the fall colours were stunning. Lindsay was our event coordinator and was wonderful to work with - accommodating, reassuring and knew everything back to front. She was always in the background making sure everything went smoothly between vendors/times. The food was tasty and plentiful. While Trillium is capable of more customization, I loved that they took care of a lot of the hard work for me - from catering to lighting and more, it was a huge time saver for me. My guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue and Lindsay and I would highly recommend this spot!

We had our wedding there April 2022 and Lindsay was amazing. It was a completely stress free event and everything went as planned. The food was delicious, the venue itself was gorgeous and our guests had a great time.

Met all goals and wants for the wedding day! Food was delicious, service was incredible and I am so happy with how my wedding ran and the support I had the day of! Communication prior to could have been better, took up to a week to receive responses. However at the end of the day I am still beyond happy with everything!

Trillium Trails is a beautiful venue. The outdoor scenery with the river, pond and bridges are beautiful for photos and the wooden, rustic hall is beautiful as well. Our photos are amazing and we received many compliments from guests about the venue. However, the planning process was difficult to say the least. Communication is extremely poor with email response turn around being 1-2 weeks if a response is even received. Some emails were not responded to at all. There is no one in the office to answer phone calls so this is not an option. This made planning difficult and stressful as I required information or answers to questions so that I could provide that information to other vendors in a timely manner. Communication was poor before the pandemic began and continued throughout 2020 and 2021. I received several incorrect invoices the week before my wedding and it was evident that the deposits were not being tracked by the venue.
On the wedding day, the serving staff were excellent and attentive to our needs. They were friendly and efficient with serving meals and cleaning up the tables. The food was hot and delicious.
Our wedding day was beautiful and went smoothly, however the year and a half of added stress from poor communication, lack of flexibility and seemingly arbitrary rules soured the wedding planning process.

This venue is no place to hold an event unless you are looking for chaos and uncertainty. I would give less stars if it was possible. From start to finish the wedding planning process or lack there of was nothing shy of horrific. Lack of communication coupled with unethical business practices left us out of money and scrambling for a new venue!

My husband and I attempted to get married at Trillium this past winter season. With a pandemic looming we were well aware there would be hurdles but we persevered. Initially we had planned for a gathering of nearly 200 people but as time progressed we had to adjust and reconfigure. It came to a point where the coordinator informed us we could no longer proceed. However the government was still allowing ceremonies of 50 people and indoor gatherings of 10. We insisted that it go forward as we had already paid up all of our deposits and were exhausted from the experience thus far. They reluctantly returned to us with a new package created seemingly overnight that escalated our per person cost from $125.00 to in the proximity of $450.00. We responded with a law suit and are currently still fighting to get any of our money back.

Unprofessional is about the kindest thing I can say about this business and I seriously hope you will think twice before booking your wedding or any event here for that matter.
