  Stunning Venue Even Better Staff

  If you've been looking for a venue that is absolutely beautiful, has charm and uniqueness, has beautiful landscapes and amazing staff, look no further than Western Trent Golf Club. We had an incredible experience working with the team there, they were super attentive and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding vision come to life. The venue coordinator, Riley, and the golf course owner, Rory, were both extremely professional and easy to work with. All our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had (they sure know how to throw a party!). I would highly recommend this venue for your special day!

  Everything I could ask for, and then some!

  We just got married here Sept 28th, 2024 and it was the most incredible night. Planning and execution was made so easy and stress free with the help of the coordinator, Riley. All of our guests were so impressed with how beautiful the place was, and the service was amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

  Beautiful venue and so well organized!

  We had a fantastic experience with Western Trent Golf Course for our September wedding! They were so responsive and accommodating when we had to switch venues 6 months out. They made everything work including having our dog there. Riley, our coordinator, was so organized and responsive we felt very prepared going into the day. She did so much set up including all the DIY items we brought but needed to be stored inside overnight such as our centerpieces. Everything was seamless from them and lots of people commented how well put together it was. The tent and outdoor areas were stunning with the wildflowers and included decor. We loved having the outdoor dancefloors and firepit that truly made it a night to remember.

  Beautiful!

  We are so so happy with Western Trent, they have a beautiful set up with the reception area and the ceremony site is surrounded by wildflowers.
  Everything about the aesthetic completely complimented exactly what we were looking for.
  The food was amazing, we had so many people tell us what a great job they did, the bar service was excellent.
  Riley, our coordinator, was an absolute superhero. She worked so hard and kept everything moving and we couldn’t be more grateful to her!

  Western Trent - Wedding

  Western Trent was such an amazing place to host our wedding! Every little detail was looked after, which is exactly what the bride and groom need amongst other stress that comes in planning a wedding. Western Trent answered any and all questions that we had and made our vision of our wedding day come true. Three different wedding dates later, it was everything we ever wanted and more. If you are looking for chic, rustic, and faux fur....this is the venue you have to choose! It is beautiful.

  Amazing Venue

  We had our wedding at the Western Trent Golf Course this past August. The new owners were very accommodating and super wonderful throughout the whole experience. The venue is one of a kind, you have to actually see it! You can get married out on the golf course in a very rustic setting outside under their birch arbour. The inside of the reception area is beautiful and rustic chic. From the harvest tables down the middle, to the chandeliers throughout, and also who doesn't want birch trees throughout the inside of the venue. The outdoor dance area that has both a real and electric fire pit makes the evening enjoyable for everyone. We had the BEST day here, thanks Western Tent.

  Best Day of My Life - Best Venue Ever!

  I booked Western Trent for my wedding and it was the BEST day of my life. From the initial siting of the venue we knew that this was the right fit for us. Shawna and Colleen were so accommodating and understanding of our needs and wants throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make our day special and everything we wanted. All the staff at the venue were super friendly and professional. The grounds were impeccable and the photos do not do justice to this stunning breathtaking venue. This day was even better than I imagined and we have all this to thank Western Trent staff and Shawna and Colleen. I want to o back and do it again!

  Beautiful Venue

  We are beyond thankful for the professionalism and hospitality provided to us by Shawna, Colleen and their team at Western Trent Golf Club! The venue is breathtaking and it was a perfect fit for our wedding day. We had many guests throughout our wedding day (and still) commenting on the beauty and uniqueness of the venue. You really need to go see it for yourself! We are so grateful for our experience. Shawna was always just a message away and was so flexible, professional and personable. They went above and beyond and we will always remember that! We absolutely LOVED our experience at Western Trent Golf Club!
