THANK YOU! Thank you so much for helping to execute the wedding that we were waiting and longed for. The moment Caleb and I walked into the venue, we knew immediately that it was for us. We got so excited about everything and most importantly, the place where it all would begin for us. The booking process was very smooth and easy, even when COVID threw a wrench in our plans. THANK YOU! Thank you so much for helping to execute the wedding that we were waiting and longed for. The moment Caleb and I walked into the venue, we knew immediately that it was for us. We got so excited about everything and most importantly, the place where it all would begin for us. The booking process was very smooth and easy, even when COVID threw a wrench in our plans. We did end up having to postpone and even though this was not the easiest decision to make, the staff at Whistle Bear made the date change happen. They were on the ball and organized (matched me on my organizational level :)) when it came to the planning and execution of our wedding. Anything that we needed, they provided. Any question that we had, they answered. Any ideas that we bounced off of them, they contributed very helpful responses. The FOOD….OMG THE FOOD!!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It was hands down the best food I have ever had at a venue and the best prime rib I have ever had in my life. We have been craving it ever since. All of the guests even commented on how amazing it was. The maitre d and concierge (Katie and Melinda) were incredible and helped to execute the day perfectly. They constantly checked in with Caleb and I to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall, we were extremely happy with Whistle Bear and how everything turned out during (what could have been) a very stressful event. We cannot thank you enough.

Wedding of our dreams 6.15.24

Whistle bear blew us away.. everything was exactly how we pictured and more! Melinda was our coordinator she was very knowledgeable and assuring everything would run smoothly the day of and she wasn't wrong! From the moment we got to the venue for the ceremony, to cocktail hour, reception and the FOOD!! AMAZING. It was honestly the perfect day.. still in aw. We didn't have one complaint, and everyone is still talking about our wedding to this day. Thank you so much for everything your staff did for us! If your planning a wedding I can assure you this venue is the right choice.

Everything about our experience was perfect. The team at Whistle Bear make you feel part of the family from day 1. The entire process was so enjoyable. Leanne was our coordinator and she is FANTASTIC! Riley was our day of coordinator and I can’t say enough good things about her!!

Amazing place for weddings

I recently had my wedding at Whistle Bear, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a wonderful ambiance that made our special day even more magical. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

A special thanks to Melinda and Riley, who were absolutely fantastic. Melinda was incredibly organized and attentive, making sure all our needs were met and that the day ran smoothly. Riley's expertise and calm demeanor helped put us at ease and truly made the day stress-free.

Whistle Bear truly blew us away!!!

We just wanted to take the time to thank everyone who took part in orchestrating what is undoubtedly the very best day of our lives so far. I had very high expectations for this celebration and could not be happier with how everything turned out. The Whistle Bear experience truly blew us away. My every expectation was exceeded, and the day could not have been more perfect. A huge thank you to Riley, our assigned wedding day concierge, who made sure our every request was answered, and for her extremely professional approach. As a bride, she made me feel so comfortable and heard, she was absolutely lovely towards us and our families.

Massive thank you to Leanne for taking us through the planning process, taking my every vision and request in stride, and making my beautiful cocktail wall dreams come true. Leanne took my many phone calls and always knew how to ease my mind when things seemed stressful! She is excellent at what she does, and any upcoming couple would be luck to work with her.

We give Whistle Bear 5 stars for the stunning setting they offer, the incredible quality of their food and drinks, the wonderful staff they provide, and the personalized approach they took to ensuring our wedding day felt unique, picture perfect and a reflection of us as a couple. THANK YOU!

Where do we even start! Whistle Bear completely blew us away. From our first experience to our last the staff continually went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank them enough. Our special events consultant Leanne was absolutely amazing she was always willing to answer our questions and made sure everything we wanted was included in our day! The menu tasting was absolutely amazing we brought our parents with us and they were blown away by everything. On the day of our rehearsal we met Riley and Ryan and these two ladies completely blew us away. They both went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch and catered to our every...

Amazing venue

We had our wedding last week at Whistle Bear and it was beyond perfection! Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The staff went above and beyond our expectations to helping package cupcakes for our guests to accommodating each of our dietary restrictions even if it was a last minute addition. Based on our guests review the food was so delicious and there were so many options for appetizers and drinks during cocktail hour. If you weren’t careful you may not have had room for your entree which was huge in comparison to other weddings I have been to. Such a fun night and everyone was well fed! Thank you so much for the team at Whistle Bear for making our day so memorable for many years to come!

Outstanding!

Our entire experience at Whistle Bear and with the Pearle team was nothing short or exceptional. From our first tour at the venue to the day after our wedding, we were very well taken care of by extremely attentive staff. Not a single thing was missed and the staff was on top of each aspect of the day. Every question or concern we had was easily and promptly answered leading up to and on our wedding day.

Whistle Bear itself is also such a beautiful venue and our event flowed perfectly from the Garden Chapel into the Rose Room. It was also lovely to be able to use the golf course grounds for our photos.

I would very highly recommend the Pearle team and Whistle Bear venue for your wedding!

Nothing was too much to ask. On reception day, we arrived & our dedicated assistant was right there! She didn’t leave our sides. Her direction and guidance were beyond compare! Talk about organization!! She kept everything flowing, like the incredible professional she IS! A HUGE call out to ROBIN… Thank You SO MUCH! You are an absolute Sweetheart !!
