The Whitchurch - Stouffville Museum is situated in the lovely Gormley, Ontario and their community centre offers magnificent spaces for wedding celebrations. Created in 2012, the centre is a unique mix of old and new elements. Their rental spaces are fully accessible and event staff are available to guide couples throughout the planning process.

Facilities and capacity

This modern yet country style venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. There is the main hall which holds 100 with tables and 140 with theatre seating and features a gorgeous fireplace, large windows with a beautiful view of the museum and ceremonies in front of the Brown House.

In addition, options also consist of the half main hall which can seat 20 at tables and 40 with theatre seating and has a sink and counter space as well as large windows that feature the Museum's Log Cabin. The community room seats 20 at tables and 40 in theatre style seating.

They offer stellar services such as the provision of a bridal suite, set up and clean up as well as event rentals such as audio equipment, chairs and tables. A kitchen, a warming kitchen, a wireless microphone, podium, projector and large projection screen are also available for use.
