Almost Heaven Wedding Cakes is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The designer, Inez Sanche, creates her own fondant or buttercream for the cakes. Free consultations are provided, and custom designs are welcomed for cakes. Inez uses local ingredients including fresh fruit. She doesn't use baker's shortening.

Inez has more than 19 years of experience in the wedding cake industry. Her home has two separate kitchens, one for her family and one for Almost Heaven Wedding Cakes. Inez will make any flavour her clients want, whether it's listed or not.

Services offered

Buttercream, fondant, and ganache are available to decorate cakes with. The buttercream icing is made from butter and cream cheese. The fondant icing is made with marshmallows. The cakes may be left naked as well. Cupcakes have homemade buttercream finish and filling, and are decorated with a token. Tokens can be a flower, pearl, butterfly, or sea shell. Groom's cake is offered. A deposit is required at booking.
