Itty Bitty Cake Studio is a boutique bakeshop based in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in wedding and celebration cakes, sweet treats and dietary-restrictive custom bakes. Pastry chef-led, our small batch bakes ensure a truly custom experience tailored to each client.
Wedding cakes are so much more than a pretty cake - the ceremonial cutting of the cake is the first activity the couples do together, symbolizing the start of their future together. It's also a reflection of the couple's style and flavour profiles, as the sweet finish to the evening and typically the last bite enjoyed.
The Wedding Cake leaves a lasting impression on your guests, which is why we work one-on-one with our couples to ensure every bite of every slice is perfect - from the inside out.
We offer a standard list of flavours and curate unique flavour profiles using top-tier ingredients. All of our flavours can be customized to accommodate allergen-restrictive guests, including gluten-free, vegan, nut-, dairy-, and egg-free options, without compromising on the flavour, texture or taste.
We offer a number of different buttercreams, including vegan, American, French, Swiss, Italian, and Korean, which depend on the finish and techniques required for your cake but also what fits the flavour profile best for the cake.
Our cake dates are limited throughout the year to select dates. We adore small, intimate weddings but also cater to large events.
Delivery and set-up are strongly recommended, but we do offer pickup as an option.
From small hand-painted buttercream cakes to towering visions of sugared flowers, you'll leave your guests dreaming of the cake long after your wedding.

Hi there! Welcome to Itty Bitty Cake Studio!
I'm the owner and pastry chef behind the name, which is a nod to my grandma - the incredible woman who taught me about food.
After a successful career in Health & Safety, it was time to follow what sparked my soul, and off to culinary school I went to understand the science behind baking - specifically ingredient functionality. I've spent the last few years perfecting my recipies, honing my craft, and creating edible art which I'm excited to share with all of you!
I'm also the co-founder of Modern Whisk GF, a proprietary blend of gluten-free flours and quick mixes that aim to disrupt the market (but that's a whole other story!).
In my downtime, I'm the lucky mama to an incredible little boy who lights up my world, and wife to an amazing husband, business partner and the love of my life.
Flowers make me happy, as does cake. I'm lucky to be doing exactly what I love.
