Tanya Muller is the owner and pastry chef of Le Gateau Bake Shop. She realized her passion for pastries, cakes, and desserts at a very young age. She graduated from Vancouver Community College in Baking and Pastry Arts, and trained at Pacific Culinary Institute. She has worked with some of the world’s top cake designers, and managed a few bakeries. A fully licensed La Gateau opened in 2010, collaborating all her knowledge and expertise into creating delicious, beautiful, and modern cakes.
