We reached out to a few places to get quotes for a cake for our wedding day. Say it With Cake was one of the more reasonably priced ones, and they made everything very easy. We went in for a tasting where the owners brought us into the back and hung out with us while presenting us with options. Very easy going and made the cake one less thing to think about. Highly recommend!

The lady that owns say it with cake was rude, disorganized and unpleasant to work with. I offered her printed photos of my inspiration photos at the time of booking and she told me it was not needed. Two days before my wedding she is calling me for all the details again as she didn’t claimed to not have them. She gave me a wedding cake in a box that didn’t fit it and said “happy birthday” on the box. My cake sat in a half open box prior to pick up for who knows how long. She claimed there was nothing else that could be done about it and refused to package it differently. The cake looked terrible compared to my inspiration photos, the lady assured me she could create this cake for me. I will include two inspiration photos, one photo shows the bark detailing I wanted, the other shows the pink sugar roses i wanted. I will also include photos of my cake. Please note that I did not open the box to take photos, this is how poorly packaged the cake was to start with. The cake also tasted awful like it had been in the fridge for a week. The majority of the cake was not eaten and thrown away.

We used Heather and her team from “Say it with Cake Co.” for our wedding. We had a different request; rather than 1 traditional wedding cake we wanted 3, “naked style”, artisan cakes! I had 3 very specific ideas and looks/tastes in mind! Heather booked an appointment with us months in advance. We got to meet her and her baker in the beautiful store front in Abbotsford! OMG IT SMELLED AMAZING IN THERE and we got to eat some goodies! She sat with us and mapped out what they would look like. She stayed in touch with me all year! Every time I touched base with her she would get back to me ASAP and was so sweet! Right before she baked them she double checked with me that this is exactly how I wanted them. The customer service was outstanding!
THE CAKES WERE AMAZING- even better than the pictures I provided! They looked incredible! They tasted just as amazing too. I had 1 cake chocolate with this white frosting drizzled- it was EXACTLY how I had asked for it! It was so light and fluffy and delish! The other 2 were vanilla! One had berries on it and they were soooo fresh and just so amazing tasting! She delivered them right to our venue at the time she said she would. Set them up! THANK YOU HEATHER AND YOUR TEAM! I had the vendor make me a 1967 Pontiac Firebird 3d cake for a retirement party. (yes not a wedding cake but cooler)

The cake was amazing. The quality was fantastic and low and behold it looked like a 1967 Firebird (this was very crucial as the guest of honor was a car fanatic who actually owned a 1967 Firebird) - Details were everything.

Some may say the cake was pricey, well maybe but the work that went in to it was definitely worth it. If I wanted a cheap cake, I'd go to the grocery store order a square (chocolate or vanilla) cake and stick a hot wheel on it! Honestly, it wasn't even that expensive, cheaper than other places I looked at. The best deal was from here.

I am very pleased at the results of this cake and the staff. I even changed the date on them and it was no problem.

Will recommend to anyone who asks and believe me when they saw that cake, they were impressed and they asked.

I was absolutely impressed when I walked into my venue and seen my cake it the was exact same as the photo I gave them! When I called I made sure that their cakes are moist and asked them questions on when they make them. Heather assured me that they are and gave me knowledge on what they do to make their cakes and also when they make them so after speaking with her I was confident in selecting them to make my cake. When I tasted it me and my guests were blown away! One of the layers she recommended was lemon with raspberry and I can not start to express how moist, soft, as refreshing It was. I would recommend this company to do any of your cake needs absolutely amazing experience and most of all beautiful work and great taste. Thank you SIWC

I LOVED our wedding cake, the way it looked and the way it tasted! Ever since we got our wedding cake we don't go any where else for cakes or cupcakes. The best I have ever had. Tim and his wife are very friendly, helpful, and flexible. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a cake for any occasion. The cake prices are reasonable too.
