Operating out of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Sugar & Slice specializes in delicious and gorgeous cakes, cookies, and pastries for weddings and other special occasions. The owner, Michelle, has over 15 years of experience in the food industry. In this time, she has had the amazing opportunity to work under famous chefs such as Peter Storm, Anna, and Michael Olson.

Experience

Michelle's passion for the culinary arts began when she was little when she started baking and never stopped. When she was thirteen, she enrolled in her very first Wilton Cake Decorating course and she became addicted to seeing the happiness on her friend's and family's faces when they tasted her heavenly creations. She completed the Culinary Arts Chef Training program at Niagara College in 2005, then graduated from the Bakers Apprenticeship course (2) the next year and finished her final Bakers-Patissier course three years later.

Prospective newlyweds can take advantage of custom cake design, delivery, and set up services as well as private tastings. In addition, to ensure that her clients are completely satisfied and that their personalities and preferences are reflected in the heavenly creation. Consultations for weddings are available.
