Delicious cake and desserts

I am still dreaming of the cake Dalana made for our wedding! It was absolutely delicious and stunning and fit so perfectly with my garden party theme! The cupcakes were also a smash hit! Not one was left over! Dalana was so easy to work with too and just made everything so easy for us. Highly recommend Dalana for all of you cake and cupcake needs at your wedding!

Amazing gluten free options

The cake and the giraffe did a beautiful job on our wedding cake and cupcakes. All of our wedding guests are still raving about how yummy the cupcakes were and being celiac was so happy to find a baker with gluten free options! So yummy and so beautiful!

Beautiful and delicious

She is wonderful and so easy to work with. she went above and beyond trying to find lavender for us and the cake was more beautiful then I could imagine. not to mention they are so so good! we got nothing but complements

The best cake

We had a micro wedding and our guests absolutely LOVED our cake. How it looked and tasted. Definitely wasn’t ordinary and worth it. Thank you so much Dalana.

Beautiful and Delicious!!

We had the pleasure of enjoying some of Dalana's creations. We hired Cake and Giraffe to make our wedding cake along with mini cupcakes for our dessert table and we were not disappointed. We were concerned that we'd have a three tier cake left over uneaten after the wedding so we opted for a half fake cake. In hindsight, we wish we got the three tiers because it was DELICIOUS!! Dalana is the perfect balance of professional and fun. We had a wonderful time doing the tasting and the finish product was beautiful and so so sooo good. Our wedding cake was so moist even after we took it home to polish off the days following the wedding. We highly recommend trying to passion fruit flavour!

Amazing cake

Our cake was gorgeous and it was so delicious, we had so many compliments on it! Dalana was so helpful with the design and the cake looked just like the mock up. I will definitely order cakes for other occasions from here!

Best wedding cake I've ever seen and tasted!

The Cake and The Giraffe made the most beautiful and tasty wedding cake I've ever seen, and it was for our wedding. They worked with our wedding theme and made a cake that was an absolute work of art and a centerpiece to the whole reception. The best part is that it also tasted amazing! (We got two different flavors on different tiers of the cake which gave everyone an excuse to get at least two pieces)

Best wedding cake ever

There is no doubt about it, you absolutely have to hire Dalana of The Cake and the Giraffe for your wedding. She made for us a two-tiered passionfruit cake, a latte sheet cake, maple bacon and chocolate ganache cupcakes (big and small), and rice krispies. Everything was a hit and we were nearly cleaned out. Dalana's flavours are INCREDIBLE and to die for and somehow she magically manages to maintain excellent quality and texture while baking for a lot of guests. The cakes were moist and so delicious.

Dalana is also so friendly and fun to work with. She can talk to anyone about anything and is super accommodating. Definitely work with her if you have the chance!

Beautiful Cake

The Cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted even better! Dalana, who was the one that made the cake, was also a wonderful person to have as one of our vendors. She helped make sure that we had enough cake for all our guests and we had nothing but great remarks about the cake

Best cake ever!

Dalana was so friendly and easy to talk with and go over ideas. Our cake was on the nerdy side and she could totally relate and that made the connection and the final product that much better! The quality was amazing, super moist cake with a beautiful fondant outer later. Will definitely order future cakes for birthdays or other huge events with her!
